Vision Marine launches “E-Motion” data platform
May 28, 2026 at 8:12 AMThe software provider k2.mobility has launched a three-month free trial for its e-fleet management platform „PANION.“ From now on, logistics companies can apply to use the platform to test its features in their operations for three months. The trial period includes monitoring, reporting, and alerting, as the company reports.
Integration of charging processes
With the increasing electrification of commercial vehicle fleets, the demands on the management and coordination of these fleets are also rising, according to k2.mobility. Therefore, „PANION“ follows an approach referred to as „Integrated Charge Management.“ This approach enables software-supported and data-driven management of charging processes. According to the manufacturer, vehicles, charging infrastructure, energy supply, and transport planning are interconnected in real-time.
The platform consolidates operational data such as tour plans, departure and arrival times, routes, charging points, grid capacities, and battery statuses. Based on this information, „PANION“ automatically adjusts charging decisions to meet requirements and creates charging schedules. Companies gain insights into various aspects of their e-fleet.
