The executive search service provider TURNPOINT has announced the sudden death of its co-president François Raynal, who passed away at the end of November 2025. Raynal had been a defining figure in the company for two decades and was recognized for his contribution to TURNPOINT’s success.
In a statement, numerous executives from the logistics, transport, and supply chain sectors expressed their condolences and sorrow over the loss. TURNPOINT thanks everyone who has expressed their sympathy.
Restructuring of the Company
Following the death of François Raynal, TURNPOINT has introduced a new corporate structure. Cyrille Raynal, who has been a historical managing director since the company’s inception, remains active and committed to the company’s clients. Soraya Laurent, who has served as deputy director for over ten years, will contribute her expertise in managing and executing assignments in the executive search sector.
Marine Sagon, who has worked as a senior consultant at TURNPOINT for eight years, will continue to provide her extensive market knowledge in executive search for the transport, logistics, and supply chain sectors. Sabrina Randria, who specializes in recruitment in these areas, will also remain part of the team.
Jun Ma-Raynal will take responsibility for developing customer relationships in the Asian region, particularly in the newly established „China Desk.“ Linda Wehbe will serve as an assistant in the operational area.
TURNPOINT is regarded as a reference company in France for executive search, specializing in management and leadership positions in the supply chain, transport, and logistics, as well as their technologies.
