euShipments.com launches in Austria
Jul 2, 2026 at 3:38 PMArvato will take over central logistics and fulfillment processes for Mister Spex in several European countries starting September 1, 2026. The partnership includes Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Sweden, and Switzerland. According to a statement from Arvato, the goal is to create a scalable supply chain platform that supports the growth of Mister Spex’s omnichannel business. Additionally, it aims to meet the increasing demands for speed, transparency, and service quality.
Logistics solutions from Poznań
The Poznań location will serve as a central hub for logistics services. Arvato will handle warehousing, transport management, returns management, and additional services there. Furthermore, Arvato will organize B2C transportation to the five mentioned markets.
The newly developed supply chain solution is tailored to the needs of Mister Spex, according to Arvato. Given the high number of orders and the extensive range of products, the company has specific requirements for flexibility and process quality. The integration of services such as the fitting service „Try at Home,“ a contact lens subscription, and the subscription model „Mister Spex Switch“ increases the complexity of order and returns processing.
