LOXXESS is restructuring
Jun 23, 2026 at 10:09 AMThe Sievert Logistik SE has restructured its management. Since June 1, 2026, Markus Dodt has taken sole responsibility for the Westphalian logistics company, which is part of Sievert SE based in Osnabrück. Dodt will actively shape the strategic development of Sievert Logistik. The previous managing director, Karsten Bley, is leaving the company at his own request. The transition will be jointly managed until his departure.
Strategic Realignment in Focus
René Grupp, CEO of Sievert SE, emphasizes the challenges facing the logistics industry. “The logistics sector is undergoing profound change: digitalization, changing customer requirements, and increasing complexity in supply chains demand clear strategic decisions,” explains Grupp. The goal is to position Sievert Logistik SE for the future and create lasting connections that go beyond mere transportation of goods. With Markus Dodt, an experienced managing director has been brought on board who will shape the transformation process with foresight.
Markus Dodt himself highlights the importance of existing customer relationships. “Sievert Logistik stands for long-standing, trusting partnerships with its customers. I want to build on this proven strength in the transformation process and develop it purposefully,” says Dodt. He brings decades of experience in the logistics industry and has extensive expertise in the strategic development of companies. In various leadership roles, he has successfully driven processes for realigning business areas and optimizing operational workflows. Most recently, Dodt served as Managing Director COO Road & Rail and COO Contract Logistics at NOSTA Holding GmbH. Previously, he worked at DACHSER SE and Hellmann Worldwide Logistics GmbH & Co. KG, among others.
Dodt expresses optimism about his new role: “I look forward to bringing new impulses to Sievert Logistik and advancing the strategic development together with the team.”
