Siemens Mobility presents “Vectron X” in Munich
Jun 10, 2026 at 12:03 PMThe Messe Dortmund has introduced a new ticket structure for BUILDINX 2026, which will take place from November 17 to 19, 2026. Instead of offering single and multi-day tickets, visitors can now purchase a ticket that grants access to all three days of the trade fair. This change aims to facilitate access to the fair and promote participation in the exhibition, the professional program, and networking opportunities.
Facilitated Access and New Networking Opportunities
Sabine Loos, CEO of the Westfalenhallen Unternehmensgruppe, emphasizes the importance of direct exchange among industry stakeholders. „BUILDINX thrives on the direct interaction between the players who plan, finance, build, operate, and utilize modern real estate,“ explains Loos. The new ticket category aims to simplify access and foster relevant contacts. The fair is thus intended to continue serving as a platform for dialogue about the future of logistics and industrial real estate as well as data centers.
Additionally, an Executive Lounge will be established, specifically designed for C-level visitors. This lounge provides a retreat within the exhibition hall, offering space for confidential conversations without pressure. Exhibiting companies have the opportunity to nominate selected contacts for the lounge, while Messe Dortmund manages the invitation process. A limited number of access passes will also be available through the online shop. The BUILDINX Night, taking place on the first evening of the fair, will also be hosted in the Executive Lounge, providing an exclusive setting for exchange within the professional community.
Professional Impulses and Keynote for Opening
Content-wise, BUILDINX 2026 will be complemented by a strong supporting program, developed in collaboration with various associations, including the Federal Association of Logistics (BVL) and eco – Association of the Internet Industry. The goal is to connect concrete solutions from the exhibition with professional impulses on central future topics of the industry.
The opening of BUILDINX 2026 will be initiated by Oliver Rakau, Deputy Chief Eurozone Economist at Oxford Economics, with a keynote address. Rakau will provide an economic outlook that highlights the perspectives of the German economy post-pandemic, amid the energy crisis and geopolitical tensions. He will also address the role of government spending and necessary reforms for future growth impulses.
BUILDINX 2026 promises to be a central platform for exchange and discussion on innovative real estate solutions, targeting professionals from the logistics, industrial, and data center sectors.
