Alfred Schuon Group celebrates 75th anniversary
Jun 24, 2026 at 1:00 PMThe logistics IT companies CHAMP Cargosystems and Riege Software have expanded their long-standing partnership to enhance shipment visibility. As part of this collaboration, CHAMP’s Traxon Premium Tracking service will be integrated into Riege’s Scope software.
Traxon Premium Tracking provides comprehensive real-time visibility for imports across more than 100 airlines, regardless of who issued the air waybill. This integration aims to improve data coverage, particularly for import shipments, where forwarders traditionally face gaps in tracking. By embedding the Traxon Premium Tracking features into the new Airline Messaging Premium feature in Scope, Riege’s customers gain automated access to timely and reliable shipment status updates.
The integration leverages the global connectivity of CHAMP’s Traxon cargoHUB to enable consistent, event-based tracking across multiple airlines and stakeholders. This simplifies tracking processes for forwarders, eliminating the need for complex integrations or manual data collection. At the same time, it promotes a unified and data-driven approach to shipment management.
Through this enhancement, customers receive broader tracking coverage, especially for import flows, helping to close previous visibility gaps and support more efficient and transparent logistics operations.
Christian Riege, CEO of Riege Software, commented on the partnership:
“Our collaboration with CHAMP has always been focused on providing practical benefits to our customers. The integration of Traxon Premium Tracking as part of our new Airline Messaging Premium feature is a significant step. Riege customers now benefit from comprehensive, real-time, and reliable shipment visibility on the main transport route of air freight – particularly for import flows, where this has historically been a challenge. The integration delivers digital event density in Scope and equips our users with the data they need to automate processes and make their operations more efficient and transparent.”
Edward Dorr, VP eCargo Portfolio at CHAMP Cargosystems, added:
“Our long-standing partnership with Riege reflects a shared commitment to a connected, data-driven air freight ecosystem. By integrating Traxon Premium Tracking into the Scope platform, we combine CHAMP’s global connectivity with Riege’s expertise in forwarding to provide more consistent and reliable visibility throughout the entire shipment lifecycle. This helps customers reduce complexity and make more informed decisions based on high-quality data.”
The expanded partnership reaffirms both companies‘ commitment to providing integrated, data-driven solutions that deliver measurable benefits to their joint customers.
