Hödlmayr International GmbH has announced the acquisition of the commercial vehicle division of Gartner KG. This decision aims to strengthen the market position in the field of high & heavy logistics and to advance the company’s long-term growth strategy, as stated by the company.
As part of the acquisition, the operational commercial vehicle business of Gartner KG will be integrated into Hödlmayr High & Heavy GmbH. According to Hödlmayr International, this division brings an established customer portfolio, experienced drivers, and a fleet focused on heavy transport. Through the integration of these resources, Hödlmayr expects a strategic and operational expansion of the existing service offerings.
