Apr 27, 2026 at 11:07 AMThe project developer FOUR PARX from Dreieich celebrated the official groundbreaking for a new commercial and production site in Kirchheim, in the eastern outskirts of Munich, on April 24, 2026, together with QUINCAP Investment Partners. The event was attended by representatives from both companies, as well as Stephan Keck, the Mayor of Kirchheim, and other community members.
New Business Park in Kirchheim
The construction project spans a plot of approximately 76,500 m² at Feldkirchener Straße 15-17. A commercial property with a rental area of around 52,550 m² is planned, designed for various users from the sectors of commerce, production, light industrial, and logistics. The completion of the project is aimed for the second quarter of 2027.
Stephan Keck expressed positive sentiments about the initiative: “With the new commercial and production site, FOUR PARX and QUINCAP are not only creating additional space for companies looking to expand or reposition themselves in the economically strong Munich area. The project also strengthens the economic development of our community.” He emphasized that innovation and sustainability are closely linked in this project and thanked all participants for their collaboration.
Flexible Usage Options and Sustainability
The Munich-Kirchheim business park will include two halls equipped with variably combinable units and a clear height of 12 m (UKB). Integrated office and service areas will extend over several levels, allowing for flexible adaptation to different operational requirements. The property will be realized according to current sustainability standards, with a certification aimed at DGNB Gold.
A photovoltaic system with a capacity of around 4.8 MW is planned to contribute to the energy supply of the site. Additionally, energy-efficient technical systems, a heat pump solution, and intelligent consumption control systems are foreseen. A certification according to the WiredScore standard will also ensure high-performance and future-proof connectivity.
Oliver Schmitt, managing partner of FOUR PARX GmbH, emphasized the significance of the project: “With the groundbreaking, we have reached an important milestone in the development of this project. Kirchheim is one of the sought-after commercial locations in eastern Munich, and we are pleased to strengthen the location quality in the long term with the Munich-Kirchheim business park.”
Johannes Siekmann, managing partner of QUINCAP Investment Partners GmbH & Co. KG, added: “For us, the sustainable development of the site is at the forefront. We see this project as a long-term opportunity to combine economic stability with modern standards in the areas of energy efficiency and digital infrastructure.”
