The industrial and logistics real estate market in Hamburg recorded an increase in space turnover in 2025, according to an analysis by the global real estate service provider CBRE. According to this, the turnover amounted to 309,300 square meters, representing a growth of 36 percent compared to the previous year.
Owner-occupiers shape the market
Particularly noteworthy is the high proportion of owner-occupiers, who accounted for 32 percent of market activity. An increase was also recorded in the sector of big-box logistics properties, which have a minimum size of 10,000 square meters. These properties made up 35 percent of the total space turnover.
