Kuehne+Nagel expands partnership with Casaideas

Kuehne+Nagel and Casaideas have expanded their partnership in Chile to enhance the logistics capabilities of the national design company. The aim of the collaboration is to optimize both the fulfillment of e-commerce orders and the replenishment of retail stores.

As part of the agreement, a dedicated distribution center for Casaideas has been established, operated by Kuehne+Nagel. The new center, which has been in operation since 2025, has already achieved significant results. It has processed 34.8 million incoming units and distributed 24.7 million products to more than 40 Casaideas locations across the country. The last quarter of 2025 alone accounted for 33% of the total annual volume. E-commerce activities recorded 953,000 processed units and fulfilled nearly 190,000 customer orders.

Optimization of logistics processes

Eduardo Razuck, Executive Vice President Contract and Integrated Logistics at Kuehne+Nagel, emphasized the importance of the partnership: “This collaboration brings together an integrated logistics operation focused on efficiency, automation, visibility, and responsiveness. Our goal is to enable a flexible and scalable supply chain that delivers operational excellence while ensuring a consistent customer experience in retail stores and e-commerce channels.”

This allows us to strengthen our physical and digital channels, optimize processes, and ensure a consistently high level of service at every customer touchpoint.”
