DKV Mobility, a European B2B platform for on-the-road payment solutions, and LIS, a provider of transport management and freight forwarding software based in Greven, are becoming partners. As part of the strategic partnership, DKV Mobility will acquire the majority of voting rights in LIS.

In return, we will expand DKV Mobility’s offering to include digital services for the transport industry.”
