Sarah Klein new Construction Director at CTP

CTP Germany has appointed Sarah Klein as the new Construction Director. In this position, she will take responsibility for the company’s construction projects in Germany and manage them through all phases from planning to completion. Additionally, she will lead and coordinate the areas of Development, Architecture, and Construction.

Sarah Klein has been part of CTP since May 2024. Previously, she worked as a Construction Director in Austria, where she was responsible for establishing and developing the construction sector. She began her career in the construction and real estate sector with an apprenticeship as a concrete and reinforced concrete builder, followed by a degree in civil engineering. She brings around ten years of experience in the industry.

Experiences and Perspectives

Timo Hielscher, Managing Director at CTP Germany, expressed positive remarks about Klein’s appointment: “Sarah brings extensive technical expertise and leadership experience. Her knowledge in managing complex construction projects and her experience in an international environment provide a solid foundation for the further development of our projects.” Hielscher also emphasized that Klein embodies the CTP spirit, which is based on pragmatic and solution-oriented approaches.

In her new role, Sarah Klein sees numerous development opportunities in the German market. She plans to actively shape the company’s expansion, develop new locations, and further professionalize the areas of Development and Construction. Her goal is to structure existing processes, implement projects efficiently, and strengthen collaboration between the various departments.
