Lease agreement extended with MBS Logistik

Garbe Industrial has extended the lease agreement with MBS Logistik at the port of Regensburg. The company’s property management announced that MBS Logistik utilizes an area of approximately 7,000 m² for the storage, order picking, and shipping of goods for customers from industry and trade.

Faika Biriz, Regional Manager of Property Management at Garbe Industrial in Stuttgart, emphasizes the importance of this lease extension: “The seamless follow-on lease shows that high-quality logistics space remains in demand even in economically challenging times.” She expressed her pleasure that MBS Logistik considers Garbe Industrial a reliable partner, which lays the foundation for a long-term collaboration.

The logistics property in Regensburg, built in 2019, is fully leased and managed by Garbe Industrial. The total area amounts to nearly 19,000 m². The lease agreement with MBS Logistik includes approximately 5,900 m² of hall space, 800 m² of storage mezzanine, and 280 m² of office space. The remaining space is leased long-term to another logistics service provider.
