Jan 20, 2026 at 3:47 PMIAT Leasing, which includes seven 737-800BCF in its portfolio, has announced a restructuring of its leadership team to prepare the company for the next phase of growth. As part of this realignment, three new leadership positions have been created to support the company’s ongoing expansion.
John Fields (photo) has been appointed President, Coleman Byrne takes on the role of Chief Financial Officer, and Christine Davin will serve as Chief Operating Officer. According to Martin Browne, the Chief Executive Officer of IAT Leasing, these promotions reflect the expanded responsibilities that the management team undertakes on a daily basis. Browne emphasizes that the new structure positions the company well for the future as it expands its platform.
Magnus Stephensen, the Chairman of IAT Leasing, adds that with the growth of the platform, a clear accountability structure and deep experience at the leadership level are necessary. The new appointments are intended to enhance the company’s ability to operate consistently and on a larger scale.
The newly created positions formalize leadership responsibilities in the areas of commercial strategy, financial management, and operational execution. This occurs in the context of the ongoing expansion of the fleet, investor base, and global relationships with airlines.
