Aleksandar Zivanovic Appointed Group Legal Counsel at Logivest

Logivest, a nationwide consulting company focused on logistics properties and locations, is strengthening its legal department. As of May 1, 2021, the company group has brought on board Aleksandar Zivanovic, an experienced real estate lawyer. In the newly created position of Group Legal Counsel, the fully qualified lawyer will advise Logivest on all legal matters.

(Munich) “In line with the expansion of our services, such as the establishment of Logivest Project Management Company, our need for legal advice has also increased over the past year. We are pleased to have secured the expertise of Aleksandar Zivanovic, an experienced real estate lawyer, who will support us both in day-to-day operations and in projects,” said Kuno Neumeier, CEO of the Logivest Group.

Zivanovic, who previously served as head of the legal department at Bayerische Landessiedlung, is excited about providing legal support in Logivest’s core business: “I consciously chose to work for a brokerage and consulting company to be able to provide in-house support here.”

In-House Legal Consulting

The fully qualified lawyer specialized in the real estate and construction industry immediately after completing his law studies. After positions at Fortess Immobilien AG and his own law firm specializing in real estate and commercial law, the licensed attorney worked for many years on the brokerage side as Head of Legal & Project Development at raumvision by msd immobilien. At Logivest, Zivanovic is responsible for the in-house legal consulting for the various companies within the Logivest Group.
