The Geis Group has announced that all operational companies of the former Gras Group will operate under the unified brand name Geis starting July 1, 2026. This measure is part of the ongoing integration of the Gras Group, which was acquired one and a half years ago. With this rebranding, the affiliation of the former Gras locations with the Geis Group will become clearly visible to customers and partners, as stated by the company.
Managing partners Hans-Wolfgang Geis and Jochen Geis emphasize that this step contributes to the creation of clear structures both externally and internally. „For our customers and partners, the collaboration remains unchanged – they will continue to benefit from the familiar teams on-site and our comprehensive range of services,“ say the two managing directors.
New names for the former Gras companies
With the rebranding, the previous Gras companies will receive new names. Gras Spedition GmbH & Co. KG will henceforth operate as Geis Eurocargo Mittelrhein GmbH. Gras Logistik GmbH will then be known as Geis Eurocargo Rheinland GmbH, while Network Logistics GmbH will take on the name Geis Eurocargo Rhein-Neckar GmbH. Additionally, Gras Transpack GmbH will be renamed Geis Logistics Solutions GmbH.
