Para aumentar a efici\u00eancia e a sustentabilidade de seus ve\u00edculos, a Ford Trucks aposta na tecnologia de retardadores da empresa Driventic, conforme informado pelo fornecedor de tecnologias de propuls\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<h3>Parceria com Driventic<\/h3>\n<p>Driventic, uma empresa que surgiu da divis\u00e3o de propuls\u00e3o do grupo tecnol\u00f3gico Voith, \u00e9 parceira de longa data da Ford Trucks para o fornecimento de retardadores. Essa tecnologia \u00e9 utilizada na transmiss\u00e3o Ecotorq, que \u00e9 desenvolvida e produzida pela pr\u00f3pria Ford. Desde 2021, mais de 10.000 caminh\u00f5es Ford foram equipados com os retardadores R 115CT da Driventic.<\/p>\n<p>Os retardadores hidrodin\u00e2micos da Driventic permitem, segundo o fabricante, que \u00f4nibus e caminh\u00f5es realizem cerca de 90% de todas as manobras de frenagem sem desgaste. Essa tecnologia deve aliviar os freios de servi\u00e7o e, assim, reduzir os custos com pe\u00e7as de reposi\u00e7\u00e3o e manuten\u00e7\u00e3o. Al\u00e9m disso, os retardadores oferecem uma vantagem de seguran\u00e7a: em situa\u00e7\u00f5es cr\u00edticas de condu\u00e7\u00e3o, como frenagens de adapta\u00e7\u00e3o na rodovia ou em longas descidas, os freios de atrito convencionais podem atingir altas temperaturas, o que compromete seu desempenho de frenagem.
