O objetivo deste projeto \u00e9 gerar, analisar e prever o desgaste de pneus de forma padronizada e pr\u00e1tica em laborat\u00f3rio pela primeira vez. Os resultados da primeira fase incluem, entre outros, dados sobre desgaste de refer\u00eancia, an\u00e1lise de part\u00edculas, modelos tribol\u00f3gicos, an\u00e1lise de superf\u00edcies assistida por IA, bem como conceitos para bancos de teste e m\u00e9todos para envelhecimento acelerado e detec\u00e7\u00e3o de VOC.<\/p>\n<h3>Avan\u00e7os na ind\u00fastria de pneus<\/h3>\n<p>O projeto &#8222;Plataforma Tecnol\u00f3gica para o Desgaste de Pneus e Identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de Suas Emiss\u00f5es no Tr\u00e1fego Rodovi\u00e1rio TERIS&#8220; visa, segundo o instituto, impulsionar o desenvolvimento de pneus e misturas de borracha. Com a conclus\u00e3o do primeiro marco e a revis\u00e3o do projeto associada, um passo essencial foi dado. Isso tamb\u00e9m foi confirmado pelo conselho consultivo, composto por especialistas da ind\u00fastria.<\/p>\n<p>Os novos padr\u00f5es desenvolvidos para a an\u00e1lise laboratorial e previs\u00e3o do desgaste de pneus baseiam-se em uma combina\u00e7\u00e3o de diferentes m\u00e9todos de coleta e medi\u00e7\u00e3o. Estes devem permitir uma an\u00e1lise precisa tanto de fra\u00e7\u00f5es de part\u00edculas em suspens\u00e3o quanto sedimentadas. Al\u00e9m disso, foram elaborados modelos tribol\u00f3gicos que investigam a rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre par\u00e2metros de carga, propriedades do material, estrutura da superf\u00edcie e a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de part\u00edculas.
