No \u00e2mbito dessa coopera\u00e7\u00e3o, o centro de log\u00edstica da DSV em Venlo, na Holanda, foi equipado com o &#8222;Sistema Skypod&#8220;. O objetivo dessa implementa\u00e7\u00e3o, de acordo com um comunicado da Exotec, \u00e9 otimizar os processos de fulfillment para v\u00e1rias marcas de varejo e expandir as cadeias de suprimento.<\/p>\n<h3>Automatiza\u00e7\u00e3o no Armaz\u00e9m<\/h3>\n<p>O &#8222;Sistema Skypod&#8220; da Exotec utiliza cerca de 100 rob\u00f4s aut\u00f4nomos, que, segundo o fabricante, s\u00e3o capazes de gerenciar aproximadamente 90.000 cont\u00eaineres e bandejas. Essa solu\u00e7\u00e3o pode ser rapidamente ampliada em resposta ao aumento da demanda ou mudan\u00e7as na gama de produtos, sem a necessidade de grandes reformas.<\/p>\n<p>O sistema funciona como uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o Goods-to-Person, onde os produtos s\u00e3o transportados automaticamente para os colaboradores. Isso deve garantir processos r\u00e1pidos e confi\u00e1veis, mesmo em per\u00edodos de alta demanda de pedidos. Al\u00e9m disso, a instala\u00e7\u00e3o inclui um n\u00edvel intermedi\u00e1rio para devolu\u00e7\u00f5es e oferece fun\u00e7\u00f5es como abertura, fechamento e etiquetagem autom\u00e1ticas de caixas.<\/p>\n<p>Jan Heijblom, Executivo S\u00eanior de Vendas da Exotec Benelux, comenta sobre a parceria: \u201cEstamos felizes em apoiar a DSV no desenvolvimento do local em Venlo.
