Na hall, as \u00e1reas de montagem que at\u00e9 agora estavam fisicamente separadas s\u00e3o unificadas. A centraliza\u00e7\u00e3o faz parte da estrat\u00e9gia de crescimento do fabricante de embalagens e serve tanto para a otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o de processos quanto para a sustentabilidade.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Schwaigern) Com a entrada em opera\u00e7\u00e3o de uma nova hall de montagem na sede em Schwaigern, a S\u00f6hner Kunststofftechnik GmbH expande suas capacidades para a produ\u00e7\u00e3o e montagem de solu\u00e7\u00f5es de embalagem em pl\u00e1stico. Em uma \u00e1rea de cerca de 5.000 metros quadrados, encontram-se duas grandes \u00e1reas de montagem com a log\u00edstica correspondente, al\u00e9m de escrit\u00f3rios, \u00e1reas de descanso e instala\u00e7\u00f5es sanit\u00e1rias para os colaboradores. &#8220;Com a constru\u00e7\u00e3o da nova hall, conseguimos unificar \u00e1reas de montagem que estavam separadas e otimizar os fluxos de trabalho e de materiais&#8221;, explica Dr. Theo Doll, s\u00f3cio-gerente da S\u00f6hner Kunststofftechnik. E acrescenta: &#8220;Com a centraliza\u00e7\u00e3o, poderemos reagir ainda mais flexivelmente \u00e0 demanda por solu\u00e7\u00f5es de embalagem complexas e reduzir os tempos de produ\u00e7\u00e3o para estas&#8221;.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Luz natural, aquecimento urbano e energia solar para uma montagem sustent\u00e1vel<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Cerca de 8 milh\u00f5es de euros foram investidos pelo fabricante de embalagens, que deu grande import\u00e2ncia a boas condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho e sustentabilidade no planejamento e constru\u00e7\u00e3o da hall. As faixas de luz n\u00e3o apenas proporcionam luz natural e um clima agrad\u00e1vel no ambiente, mas tamb\u00e9m economizam energia. A ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o da hall \u00e9 totalmente composta por tecnologia LED e \u00e9 controlada de acordo com a luz do dia e a presen\u00e7a dos colaboradores. A gera\u00e7\u00e3o de calor e \u00e1gua quente \u00e9 realizada por meio de aquecimento urbano de uma usina de biog\u00e1s nas proximidades. Al\u00e9m disso, ao longo deste ano, est\u00e1 planejada a instala\u00e7\u00e3o de um sistema fotovoltaico no telhado plano. Com uma capacidade de 620 quilowatts pico, o sistema dever\u00e1 gerar at\u00e9 620.000 kWh de eletricidade e, assim, atender \u00e0 demanda anual de energia da hall.
