A Alemanha, juntamente com a Dinamarca, os Pa\u00edses Baixos e a Su\u00ed\u00e7a, ocupa o terceiro lugar. O Prof. Dr.-Ing. Thomas Wimmer, presidente do BVL (Bundesvereinigung Logistik e.V.), comenta e exige: &#8220;Agora \u00e9 manter-se firme!&#8221;<\/h5>\n<p>O coment\u00e1rio do presidente do BVL, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Thomas Wimmer, na \u00edntegra:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201eJuntamente com os vizinhos europeus Dinamarca, Pa\u00edses Baixos e Su\u00ed\u00e7a, a Alemanha ocupa um excelente 3\u00ba lugar, ap\u00f3s o 1\u00ba lugar nos estudos anteriores. O l\u00edder do ranking \u00e9, ap\u00f3s 2007 e 2012, novamente Singapura, seguido pela Finl\u00e2ndia. N\u00e3o devemos dar tanta import\u00e2ncia \u00e0 classifica\u00e7\u00e3o neste campo t\u00e3o competitivo \u2013 o importante \u00e9 que a Alemanha esteja no grupo de elite e estabele\u00e7a as condi\u00e7\u00f5es certas para que isso continue. Isso significa que precisamos analisar cuidadosamente onde est\u00e3o as fraquezas \u2013 o que, ali\u00e1s, \u00e9 a abordagem fundamental do estudo do Banco Mundial. Os pa\u00edses devem obter informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre onde podem e devem melhorar. A Alemanha est\u00e1 a ter dificuldades em quest\u00f5es de alf\u00e2ndega, controles de fronteira e pontualidade, onde houve as quedas mais significativas na avalia\u00e7\u00e3o. Os membros do BVL relatam que a burocracia excessiva e a falta de digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o desempenham um grande papel. Aqui, a pol\u00edtica pode e deve ter uma influ\u00eancia direta e melhorar as condi\u00e7\u00f5es estruturais. Felizmente, atuamos aqui dentro da UE em uma rede forte. O que acontece quando se isola voluntariamente e torna o tr\u00e1fego de mercadorias mais complicado pode ser visto na queda do Reino Unido no ranking \u2013 em 2018, ainda estava em 9\u00ba lugar, agora o estado p\u00f3s-Brexit encontra-se apenas na 25\u00aa posi\u00e7\u00e3o. No entanto, o que \u00e9 ainda mais importante na Alemanha \u00e9 a a\u00e7\u00e3o pol\u00edtica em um campo onde o bom desempenho ainda disfar\u00e7a o desenvolvimento dram\u00e1tico: se n\u00e3o conseguirmos melhorar a infraestrutura em breve, o t\u00edtulo de &#8216;Campe\u00e3o Mundial em Log\u00edstica&#8217; se tornar\u00e1 inating\u00edvel no futuro. Em particular, a acelera\u00e7\u00e3o do planejamento e a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o desempenham um papel primordial.
