Com isso, a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de uma nova estrutura organizacional, de um conceito log\u00edstico de \u00faltima gera\u00e7\u00e3o e de outras padroniza\u00e7\u00f5es est\u00e1 em andamento. O objetivo \u00e9 aumentar a produtividade e, ao mesmo tempo, aumentar a capacidade de produ\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Kehl) Um dos maiores investimentos individuais nos \u00faltimos tempos foi solenemente entregue \u00e0 dire\u00e7\u00e3o da f\u00e1brica no local da B\u00fcrstner no porto de Kehl. O ponto central \u00e9 o novo pavilh\u00e3o de produ\u00e7\u00e3o e log\u00edstica, onde s\u00e3o constru\u00eddos autocaravanas pequenas e m\u00e9dias.<\/p>\n<p>A nova linha de montagem est\u00e1 alojada em uma combina\u00e7\u00e3o de constru\u00e7\u00e3o de pavilh\u00e3o novo e edif\u00edcios existentes renovados. Neles, duas linhas de produ\u00e7\u00e3o foram unificadas. A pr\u00e9-fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o agora ocorre diretamente antes da entrada da linha. Isso significa caminhos curtos na produ\u00e7\u00e3o. Al\u00e9m disso, um novo conceito log\u00edstico foi implementado: o fornecimento das linhas ocorre Just-in-Sequence \u2013 ou seja, de acordo com o tamanho do lote de uma s\u00e9rie. Isso economiza espa\u00e7o, caminhos e tempo.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>A alta demanda tornou a expans\u00e3o necess\u00e1ria<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>&#8220;Desde 30 de agosto, a curva de arranque da linha de montagem est\u00e1 em funcionamento. As novas tarefas e conte\u00fados de trabalho est\u00e3o sendo explicados passo a passo aos colaboradores&#8221;, diz Iskender Coskun, diretor da f\u00e1brica na B\u00fcrstner. A moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o e expans\u00e3o da produ\u00e7\u00e3o eram necess\u00e1rias para atender \u00e0 alta demanda por autocaravanas e campers da B\u00fcrstner tamb\u00e9m no futuro.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Os pr\u00f3ximos passos j\u00e1 est\u00e3o programados: em janeiro de 2022, a costura interna ser\u00e1 reestruturada e colocada mais pr\u00f3xima da linha de montagem. At\u00e9 abril de 2022, uma nova marcenaria ser\u00e1 constru\u00edda no local de Kehl e tamb\u00e9m integrada ao fluxo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o. Isso garantir\u00e1 uma alta qualidade de m\u00f3veis e uma produ\u00e7\u00e3o flex\u00edvel.
