De HOFER KG heeft een samenwerking met myflexbox gestart om, zoals het Oostenrijkse deel van Aldi S\u00fcd zegt, „de winkelervaring voor hun klanten te verbeteren“. In het kader van deze samenwerking worden pakketstations op de parkeerplaatsen van de HOFER-filialen ingericht. Deze maatregel is bedoeld om klanten de mogelijkheid te bieden hun aankopen te combineren met het ontvangen en verzenden van pakketten. Tot nu toe zijn er al 14 locaties in Wenen, Tirol, Neder-Oostenrijk en Opper-Oostenrijk in gebruik genomen.<\/p>\n

Uitbreiding van het serviceaanbod<\/h3>\n

HOFER streeft ernaar het winkelen zo eenvoudig en aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Naast een duidelijk gestructureerd schapconcept en een breed versaanbod wordt nu ook het gebruik van pakketstations in de filialen aangeboden. Friedrich Pucandl (l.), directeur Vastgoed van de HOFER KG, benadrukt de voordelen van dit initiatief: „Met \u00e9\u00e9n stop meerdere boodschappen doen – dat is praktisch en bespaart tijd.“ De pakketstations stellen klanten in staat om hun pakketten te verzenden en te ontvangen terwijl ze hun aankopen doen.<\/p>\n

myflexbox biedt een verscheidenheid aan pakketdiensten aan, waaronder DPD, UPS, GLS, FedEx en DHL Express. Jonathan Grothaus, CEO en oprichter van myflexbox, benadrukt dat de integratie van pakketlogistiek in het dagelijks leven van mensen cruciaal is. „Klanten kunnen hun aankopen combineren met het ontvangen, verzenden of retourneren van pakketten. 24\/7, aanbieder-onafhankelijk en direct op drukbezochte locaties,“ legt Grothaus uit.<\/p>\n

Geplande uitbreiding van de pakketstations<\/h3>\n

De samenwerking met myflexbox aanvult het bestaande netwerk van meer dan 300 pakketstations dat beschikbaar is voor HOFER-klanten. In de komende maanden zijn er ongeveer 25 nieuwe stations gepland, waarvan er al 14 in gebruik zijn. Deze bevinden zich onder andere in Wenen en Opper-Oostenrijk, waaronder ook bij het hoofdkantoor in Sattledt. Momenteel zijn de pakketstations beschikbaar in steden zoals Zirl, Klosterneuburg-Weidling, Kierling, Krems, Wels en Peuerbach.<\/p>\n

Het initiatief van HOFER en myflexbox toont aan hoe de levensmiddelenhandelaar zijn serviceaanbod continu uitbreidt om tegemoet te komen aan de behoeften van zijn klanten.<\/p>\n
