Met de integratie van de EMMA-app in de TachoComplete-oplossing wordt het gehele proces van data-analyse tot documentatie van de instructies geautomatiseerd. Dit maakt een effici\u00ebnte afhandeling van de wettelijke vereisten in het rijderrecht mogelijk.<\/p>\n<p>Bedrijven zijn verplicht om hun rijder op te leiden en te instrueren in het gebruik van digitale tachografen. Traditioneel gebeurt dit door het opstellen en archiveren van instructieprotocollen, wat vaak met aanzienlijke inspanning gepaard gaat. De nieuwe oplossing van YellowFox is gericht op het vereenvoudigen van dit proces. De EMMA-app stelt in staat om de overtredingsoverzichten direct en digitaal aan de chauffeurs te overhandigen, zonder dat er een mediawisseling plaatsvindt. De protocollen zijn beschikbaar in twintig talen, wat de inspanning voor bedrijven en chauffeurs vermindert.<\/p>\n<h3>Digitaal proces voor meer transparantie<\/h3>\n<p>In de EMMA-app worden de chauffeurs door een gestructureerd proces geleid, waarin ze de overtredingen \u00e9\u00e9n voor \u00e9\u00e9n met bijbehorende uitleg gepresenteerd krijgen. Pas na het doornemen van alle overtredingen kunnen ze het protocol digitaal ondertekenen. Deze afgeronde instructie wordt automatisch naar het YellowFox-portaal verzonden, waar deze voor het bedrijf toegankelijk is. Bovendien hebben de chauffeurs via de app nog steeds toegang tot de instructies en kunnen ze deze bij controles door het Bundesamt f\u00fcr Logistik und Mobilit\u00e4t (BALM) tonen.<\/p>\n<p>Een ander kenmerk van de EMMA-app is de mogelijkheid voor chauffeurs om overtredingen vooraf te documenteren. Dit is bijzonder relevant, aangezien niet alle overtredingen, zoals rijtijdoverschrijdingen door files, kunnen worden vermeden. Chauffeurs kunnen tachografiedocumenten op dezelfde dag fotograferen en van aantekeningen voorzien, wat de traceerbaarheid vergroot.<\/p>\n<p>De digitale instructies via de EMMA-app bieden een flexibele en transparante oplossing voor de overtredingsanalyse en -instructie. Door het wegvallen van afdrukken, vertaalwerkzaamheden en het co\u00f6rdineren van afspraken wordt het proces aanzienlijk vereenvoudigd. Bedrijven die al gebruikmaken van de TachoComplete-oplossing kunnen de digitale instructies zonder extra kosten integreren.
