De grondsteen voor het nieuwe Multi-Flux-platform ter voorbereiding en distributie van de Franse Post in Saint-Avold is onlangs gelegd in aanwezigheid van talrijke partners en offici\u00eble vertegenwoordigers.<\/p>\n

Het nieuwe platform wordt gebouwd op een herontwikkeld industriegebied met een oppervlakte van meer dan 23.000 m\u00b2. Er is een hal gepland voor de verwerking van pakketten met een oppervlakte van 4.880 m\u00b2, aangevuld met kantoor- en logistieke ruimtes die zijn ontworpen om de bedrijfsprocessen te optimaliseren. De bouw wordt ontwikkeld door M\u00e9l\u00e8ze Invest en gerealiseerd door Groupe Elcima\u00ef en Elcima\u00ef Conseil, ingenieurs en architecten. Het platform zal 60 bezorgers en 40 medewerkers in dienst nemen voor de activiteiten van sortering, verzameling en distributie. Een semi-geautomatiseerde sorteermachine met een oppervlakte van ongeveer 1.500 m\u00b2 zal in staat zijn om tot 10.000 pakketten per dag te verwerken. Daarnaast zal de Log’issimo-dienst voor bedrijven en gemeenten daar worden ge\u00efmplementeerd.<\/p>\n

Duurzaamheid in de focus<\/h3>\n

Een centraal aandachtspunt van het project is de milieuvriendelijkheid. Het gebouw zal een gemengde hout-betonstructuur hebben en streeft naar certificering als „Tr\u00e8s Performant“ binnen het kader van HQE B\u00e2timent Durable, evenals het label BiodiverCity. Een fotovolta\u00efsche installatie op het dak zal bijdragen aan de eigen energievoorziening van de locatie. De kantoren en het productiegebied worden verwarmd door lucht\/water- en lucht\/lucht-warmtepompen, wat effici\u00ebntie en decarbonisatie bevordert.<\/p>\n

Andere milieuvriendelijke maatregelen omvatten doorlatende parkeerplaatsen ter bevordering van de regenwaterinfiltratie, waterbeheerbekkens voor het verzamelen van regenwater voor sanitaire doeleinden, evenals landschapsontwerpen met inheemse plantensoorten die in samenwerking met een ecoloog zijn geselecteerd om de biodiversiteit van de locatie te behouden. De helft van de parkeerplaatsen zal worden uitgerust met oplaadpunten voor elektrische voertuigen, de andere helft is voorbereid op toekomstige elektromobiliteit.<\/p>\n

Het project voldoet aan de eisen van de RT2012 voor de bedrijfsruimtes en de RE2020 voor de kantoorruimtes, wat de inzet voor een verantwoorde logistiek onderstreept.<\/p>\n

De grondsteenlegging werd door de aanwezige partners, vertegenwoordigers van de gemeentepolitiek en andere projectbetrokkenen erkend als een belangrijke stap voor de ontwikkeling van dit strategische gebied aan de grensoverschrijdende interface van Frankrijk, Belgi\u00eb, Duitsland en Luxemburg.<\/p>\n
