In plaats van losse en seizoentickets aan te bieden, kunnen bezoekers nu een ticket kopen dat toegang biedt tot alle drie de beursdagen. Deze wijziging is bedoeld om de toegang tot de beurs te vergemakkelijken en de deelname aan de tentoonstelling, het vakprogramma en netwerkmogelijkheden te bevorderen.<\/p>\n<h3>Vereenvoudigde toegang en nieuwe netwerkmogelijkheden<\/h3>\n<p>Sabine Loos, algemeen directeur van de Westfalenhallen Unternehmensgruppe, benadrukt het belang van directe uitwisseling tussen de actoren in de sector. &#8222;De BUILDINX leeft van de directe uitwisseling tussen de actoren die moderne vastgoedprojecten plannen, financieren, bouwen, exploiteren en gebruiken,&#8220; legt Loos uit. Met de nieuwe ticketcategorie wordt gestreefd naar vereenvoudigde toegang en het bevorderen van relevante contacten. De beurs moet zo blijven functioneren als een platform voor de dialoog over de toekomst van logistiek en industri\u00eble vastgoed, evenals datacenters.<\/p>\n<p>Daarnaast wordt er een Executive Lounge ingericht, die speciaal is ontworpen voor C-level bezoekers. Deze lounge biedt een toevluchtsoord binnen de beurshal, waar ruimte is voor vertrouwelijke gesprekken zonder druk. Exposerende bedrijven hebben de mogelijkheid om geselecteerde contacten voor de lounge te nomineren, terwijl de Messe Dortmund het uitnodigingsbeheer verzorgt. Een beperkt aantal toegangspassen zal ook via de online winkel worden aangeboden. De BUILDINX Night, die op de eerste avond van de beurs plaatsvindt, zal eveneens in de Executive Lounge worden gehouden en biedt een exclusieve setting voor uitwisseling binnen de vakgemeenschap.<\/p>\n<h3>Professionele impulsen en keynote ter opening<\/h3>\n<p>Inhoudelijk wordt de BUILDINX 2026 aangevuld met een sterk programma, dat in samenwerking met verschillende verenigingen, waaronder de Bundesvereinigung Logistik (BVL) en eco \u2013 Verband der Internetwirtschaft, verder wordt ontwikkeld. Het doel is om concrete oplossingen uit de tentoonstelling te verbinden met professionele impulsen over centrale toekomstthema&#8217;s van de sector.<\/p>\n<p>De opening van de BUILDINX 2026 wordt ingeleid door Oliver Rakau, Deputy Chief Eurozone Economist van Oxford Economics, met een keynote. Rakau zal een economische vooruitblik geven die de perspectieven van de Duitse economie na de pandemie, de energiecrisis en geopolitieke spanningen belicht.
