Niklas Walbr\u00f6l (midden) neemt na een inwerkperiode de verantwoordelijkheid voor de haven op zich. De haven, die fungeert als een centraal logistiek en overslagpunt in de regio aan de Rijn en de Moezel, verbindt de vervoersmodaliteiten water, spoor en weg en speelt een cruciale rol in de economische ontwikkeling van de omgeving.<\/p>\n<p>Walbr\u00f6l brengt uitgebreide ervaring mee vanuit zijn eerdere functies in de binnenhavens van Andernach en Bonn. Daarnaast is hij gekwalificeerd als vakwirt voor goederenvervoer en logistiek. Deze combinatie van praktische ervaring en vakinhoudelijke kennis moet bijdragen aan het voortzetten van de positieve ontwikkeling van het havengebied. In een overgangsperiode zal Walbr\u00f6l de leiding van de afdeling samen met Ulrich Gramsch (rechts) voeren, die zich meer zal richten op het spoorweggebied. Gramsch is al vele jaren in deze functie werkzaam en zal tot aan zijn pensioen een centrale rol blijven spelen.<\/p>\n<h3>Geplande overgangsstructuur<\/h3>\n<p>De nieuwe structuur voorziet in wederzijdse vertegenwoordiging en moet bestaan tot het begin van Gramschs pensioen. Deze regeling biedt niet alleen planningszekerheid, maar bevordert ook een gestructureerd kennismanagement binnen de organisatie. De verantwoordelijken hopen met deze maatregelen een duidelijke richting voor de toekomst van het Rheinhafen Koblenz te cre\u00ebren.<\/p>\n<p>Lars H\u00f6rnig (links), directeur van de Stadtwerke Koblenz, sprak positief over de tijdige opvolgingsregeling en de mogelijkheid van een geleidelijke overdracht van taken. De beslissing om Walbr\u00f6l in de leiding van de afdeling te benoemen, wordt gezien als een strategische stap om de continu\u00efteit en effici\u00ebntie in de havenoperaties te
