Deze herstructurering moet de basis leggen voor de toekomstige groei van het bedrijf. Met een uitgebreid Executive Leadership Team wordt gestreefd naar een bredere verankering van verantwoordelijkheden binnen het bedrijf en een verhoogde klantgerichtheid in alle markten. De LIS positioneert zich daarmee als oplossingaanbieder voor de logistieke sector.<\/p>\n<p>In het kader van deze herori\u00ebntatie is Jan-Frederik Mecklenbrauck (links) benoemd tot Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Hij zal samen met CEO Rob Schreurs (midden) en Rolf Hansmann (rechts), de Co-Chief Executive Officer (Co-CEO), verantwoordelijk zijn voor de strategische verdere ontwikkeling van de bedrijfsorganisatie. Daarnaast zijn Jill Tr\u00f6sser benoemd tot Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) en Philipp Neuser tot Director WMS. Samen met Schreurs, Hansmann, Mecklenbrauck, Markus Berkemeier (Chief Operating Officer), Boris Melnik (Managing Director Frankrijk), Krzysztof Sucho\u0144ski (Managing Director Polen) en Jos Zomer (Managing Director Nederland) vormen zij voortaan het internationale Executive Leadership Team van de LIS.<\/p>\n<h3>Moderne leiderschapsbenaderingen en eigen verantwoordelijkheid<\/h3>\n<p>De LIS volgt met de nieuwe structuur een decentraal leiderschapsmodel, waarbij beslissingen worden genomen op de plaatsen waar de relevante expertise aanwezig is. Dit moet eigen verantwoordelijkheid en ondernemerschap in alle gebieden en landen bevorderen. CEO Schreurs benadrukt dat de nieuwe leiderschapsstructuur de organisatorische basis legt voor de internationale groei van het bedrijf en een bedrijfscultuur bevordert die gebaseerd is op eigen initiatief en nauwe samenwerking.<\/p>\n<p>Co-CEO Hansmann benadrukt dat transformatie, technologische innovatie en klantgerichtheid centrale factoren zijn voor succes in de internationale logistieke sector. Met het nieuwe Executive Leadership Team moeten duidelijke verantwoordelijkheden worden gecre\u00eberd en de strategische verdere ontwikkeling van oplossingen en markten worden versterkt.<\/p>\n<p>De LIS beschouwt de nieuwe organisatiestructuur als uitgangspunt voor een uitgebreide verdere ontwikkeling. Het bedrijf is van plan zich internationaal schaalbaar en technologisch sterk op te stellen, terwijl het tegelijkertijd de nabijheid tot de klanten benadrukt.<\/p>\n<h3>Integratie van oplossingen voor de logistieke sector<\/h3>\n<p>De LIS volgt de benadering om haar klanten ge\u00efntegreerde oplossingen te bieden voor de uitdagingen van de internationale logistiek. Door een nauwere samenwerking van de teams en landenorganisaties moeten niet alleen softwareoplossingen worden geleverd, maar ook uitgebreide oplossingen voor logistieke uitdagingen worden ontwikkeld.
