Het dashboard is gratis beschikbaar voor klanten die de telemetrieoplossing Hyster-Tracker in fase 2 gebruiken en biedt draadloze toegang tot de verzamelde gegevens.<\/p>\n<h3>Detectiesysteem voor ongevallenpreventie<\/h3>\n<p>Het dashboard detecteert voetgangers binnen een straal van vijf meter rond de heftruck en biedt bedrijven de mogelijkheid om het risico op ongevallen tussen voetgangers en heftrucks te minimaliseren. De verstrekte informatie kan worden gebruikt om bijvoorbeeld voetgangerszones aan te passen, gesprekken met chauffeurs te voeren of andere veiligheidsmaatregelen te nemen.<\/p>\n<p>Het camerasysteem is gebaseerd op uitgebreide real-world fotogegevens, die het mogelijk maken om fysieke kenmerken van personen nauwkeurig te volgen. Het is in staat om zich aan te passen aan verschillende licht- en omgevingsomstandigheden. Het dashboard levert uitgebreide statistieken over detectie-incidenten per dag en heftruck, inclusief het totale aantal incidenten, hun locatie en de afstand van de voetgangers tot de heftruck. Daarnaast wordt geregistreerd of de heftruck in beweging of stilstand was, inclusief datum en tijd.<\/p>\n<p>Clay Hendricks, Global Telemetry Product Manager bij Hyster, benadrukt het belang van het nieuwe dashboard: \u201cVeeleisende interne transporttoepassingen worden al gekenmerkt door zware omstandigheden, wat betekent dat bedrijven zich absoluut geen extra veiligheidsrisico door onjuist rijgedrag van chauffeurs kunnen veroorloven. Met dit dashboard krijgen bedrijven de informatie die ze nodig hebben om veiligheidszorgen weg te nemen, een soepele werking binnen hun teams te waarborgen en ervoor te zorgen dat dagelijks de vereiste effici\u00ebntie- en productiviteitsdoelen worden bereikt.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Waarschuwingssysteem voor heftruckchauffeurs<\/h3>\n<p>Het camerasysteem detecteert voetgangers en levert de noodzakelijke gegevens voor het dashboard. In een gezichtsveld van 110 graden detecteert het personen nauwkeurig tot op een afstand van vijf meter. Heftruckchauffeurs worden automatisch gewaarschuwd, waarbij zowel akoestische als visuele alarmen beschikbaar zijn. Daarnaast kunnen optionele tractie-alarmen worden ge\u00efntegreerd, die de heftruck automatisch en geleidelijk afremmen. De chauffeur heeft de mogelijkheid om door te vertragen, om te leiden of beide, aan de voetganger te ontkomen.
