De K\u00f6gel Trailer GmbH heeft de strategische verdere ontwikkeling van haar productielocatie in Choce\u0148 in Tsjechi\u00eb verder voortgezet. Met investeringen in miljoenenhoogte wordt de dochteronderneming K\u00f6gel s.r.o. omgebouwd tot een modern technologiecentrum, wat de productiecapaciteiten aanzienlijk verhoogt. Deze maatregelen moeten de langdurige betekenis van de locatie binnen de bedrijfsstructuur verstevigen.<\/p>\n

In het afgelopen jaar zijn al eerste stappen gezet om de productieprocessen te optimaliseren. Een bestaande opslaghal is omgebouwd tot een volledig uitgeruste productiefaciliteit met een oppervlakte van ongeveer 1.000 m\u00b2. In deze nieuwe inrichting zijn een geautomatiseerd lasersnijcentrum en een moderne kant- en buigmachine ondergebracht.<\/p>\n

Effici\u00ebntieverbetering door moderne technologie\u00ebn<\/h3>\n

De omvangrijke investering is gericht op het effici\u00ebnter en kosteneffectiever maken van de productie van frames, door het versnellen van het gehele productieproces. Dit verhoogt ook de leveringszekerheid, aangezien de productieprocessen onafhankelijker van externe toeleveringsketens kunnen worden ingericht. Naast de frames voor de K\u00f6gel opleggers, waarvan er meerdere honderden per week worden vervaardigd, worden in Choce\u0148 ook complete voertuigen geproduceerd. De introductie van nieuwe productietechnologie\u00ebn heeft bovendien geleid tot de creatie van extra werkgelegenheid op de locatie. De output moet in de komende maanden geleidelijk worden verhoogd, met als doel de capaciteiten van de fabriek volledig te benutten tegen 2028.<\/p>\n

De nieuwe installaties zijn afkomstig van het technologiebedrijf Trumpf uit Ditzingen, dat gespecialiseerd is in gereedschapsmachines en lasers voor de industri\u00eble productie. Trumpf heeft het project uitgebreid begeleid, van de installatie van de machines tot de integratie van de processen en de succesvolle inbedrijfstelling.<\/p>\n

Markus Siegner, CEO van de K\u00f6gel Trailer GmbH, benadrukt: \u201eDe locatie in Choce\u0148 is al jaren een centraal onderdeel van onze productiestrategie en heeft een hoge strategische relevantie. Met deze investering versterken we gericht onze productiecapaciteit en waarborgen we tegelijkertijd de betrouwbare levering van frames voor onze opleggers.\u201c<\/p>\n

Vooruitzicht op toekomstige ontwikkelingen<\/h3>\n

Voor het lopende jaar zijn verdere investeringen in de Tsjechische locatie gepland. Het doel is om de productieprocessen continu te moderniseren en de locatie voor toekomstige eisen voor te bereiden. Tot de zomer van 2026 is de installatie van een nieuwe lasrobotinstallatie voor kiepopleggers en voertuigframes voorzien. Daarnaast wordt binnenkort een zonnepaneleninstallatie in gebruik genomen, die de productie aanvullend van stroom voorziet.<\/p>\n

De fabriek in Choce\u0148 maakt sinds 1996 deel uit van de K\u00f6gel Groep en speelt een centrale rol in de productie van K\u00f6gel-voertuigen. Momenteel zijn daar ongeveer 350 medewerkers werkzaam.<\/p>\n
