Dit systeem is bedoeld om de levenscyclus van douanedocumenten in de grensoverschrijdende handel te digitaliseren en te beheren, met de nadruk op eCommerce-transacties.<\/p>\n<h3>Optimalisatie van de grensoverschrijdende handel<\/h3>\n<p>Het nieuwe systeem heeft als doel de effici\u00ebntie en veiligheid in de grensoverschrijdende handel in Zuidoost-Azi\u00eb te verhogen. Het moet problemen aanpakken zoals de verkeerde classificatie van pakketten, documentatiefouten en geschillen die vaak leiden tot vertragingen bij de douaneafhandeling. Volgens een studie van Avalara uit de jaren 2023-2024 geeft 43% van de bedrijven aan dat hun zendingen bij de douane vertraging oplopen, terwijl 41% de complexe en niet-geharmoniseerde douaneregels als een van de grootste problemen in de toeleveringsketen identificeert.<\/p>\n<p>Het systeem zal worden uitgerust met drie centrale technische functies. Ten eerste worden onveranderlijke verzendgebeurtenisprotocollen beveiligd met behulp van de Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) van Hedera. Ten tweede vindt er een naadloze integratie plaats met TradeTrust, een gevestigd kader dat de digitale handel standaardiseert en juridische zekerheid biedt. Dit maakt papierloze en manipulatiebestendige handelsdocumenten mogelijk, die de douanerisicobeoordeling verbeteren en de benodigde handmatige inspanningen voor de douaneafhandeling verminderen. Ten derde zal een op AI gebaseerde validatie van de Geharmoniseerde Systeem (HS)-codes worden ge\u00efntegreerd om de classificatienauwkeurigheid verder te verhogen.<\/p>\n<h3>Integratie van technologie\u00ebn ter verbetering van de douaneafhandeling<\/h3>\n<p>Het digitale douanedocumentatiesysteem zal in staat zijn om onveranderlijke en controleerbare registraties van alle belangrijke verzendgebeurtenissen vast te leggen. De implementatie van het TradeTrust-kader maakt de levering van juridisch erkende elektronische handelsdocumenten (LRETD) mogelijk en pakt uitdagingen aan in de traditionele logistiek, zoals de verkeerde classificatie van gevaarlijke goederen. Door gebruik te maken van DLT wordt transparantie gecre\u00eberd, terwijl LRETD juridische zekerheid biedt en AI wordt ingezet om de classificatienauwkeurigheid te verbeteren.<\/p>\n<p>Teleport, dat beschikt over een van de grootste en diepste luchtlogistieke netwerken in Zuidoost-Azi\u00eb, heeft in 2025 meer dan 167 miljoen pakketten in de regio vervoerd. Het digitale douanedocumentatiesysteem zal gebruikmaken van de Hedera Consensus Service (HCS) om de volledige levenscyclus van de douanedocumenten te digitaliseren en te beheren, waarbij aanvankelijk de grensoverschrijdende routes naar Maleisi\u00eb en hoogvolume binnenlandse vluchten centraal staan.<\/p>\n<p>Milan Dhingra (rechts), Chief Product and Technology Officer bij Teleport, benadrukte de noodzaak om traditionele logistiek te integreren met Web3-technologie: \u201cWe zijn vastbesloten om een verifieerbare en onveranderlijke bron van waarheid te cre\u00ebren voor een naadloze en snellere douaneafhandeling. Teleport zal altijd een fysiek bedrijf zijn, maar onze manier van werken moet digitaal-first zijn.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Deepak Lalan (links), hoofd van de GCC- en bedrijfsprogramma&#8217;s bij de Hashgraph Group, voegde toe dat de oplossing is ontworpen om wereldwijd schaalbaar te zijn en grensoverschrijdende logistiek over land, lucht en zee te ondersteunen. De volledige integratie van de TrackTrace-oplossing van THG zal een onveranderlijke gegevenscontrole, traceerbaarheid en transparantie mogelijk maken door middel van cryptografisch geverifieerde gedecentraliseerde identificatoren (DIDs).
