In het kader van deze uitbreiding zal ook het bestaande kantoorgebouw in Marchtrenk tot de eerste helft van 2028 met 50 miljoen euro worden vergroot tot het dubbele van de huidige grootte. De eerste paal voor dit project werd op 28 april geslagen in aanwezigheid van Thomas Stelzer, de gouverneur van Opper-Oostenrijk, en Paul Mahr, de burgemeester van Marchtrenk.<\/p>\n<h3>Uitbreiding van het hoofdkantoor<\/h3>\n<p>Het nieuwe vijf verdiepingen tellende kantoorgebouw op het hoofdkantoor in Marchtrenk zal worden verbonden met het bestaande gebouw door een zogenaamde &#8222;Cube&#8220;. Deze Cube zal vergaderzones, workshopruimtes en ruimtes voor samenwerking in interdisciplinaire teams bieden. Het doel is om een ruimte te cre\u00ebren die samenwerking, creativiteit en innovatie bevordert, wat van cruciaal belang is voor een technologiebedrijf in de internationale projectbusiness. De totale kantoorruimte zal zich uitstrekken over 14.000 m\u00b2 en plaats bieden aan meer dan 400 medewerkers.<\/p>\n<p>Henry Puhl, Chief Executive Officer van TGW Logistics, legt de noodzaak van deze uitbreiding uit: &#8222;TGW Logistics is de afgelopen jaren zo dynamisch gegroeid dat we satellietruimtes moesten huren. Dit was noch optimaal voor de samenwerking, noch voor de interdisciplinaire netwerking binnen het bedrijf. Met de uitbreiding van ons hoofdkantoor kunnen we deze externe ruimtes weer consolideren.&#8220; Puhl benadrukt dat dit een belangrijke voorwaarde is om het groeidoel van een omzetverdubbeling naar twee miljard euro tegen 2030 te bereiken. De recordorderontvangst van 1,5 miljard euro in het afgelopen boekjaar benadrukt het potentieel van de intralogistieke sector.<\/p>\n<h3>Flexibel werken in het nieuwe kantoor<\/h3>\n<p>In de nieuwe kantoren wordt de Activity Based Working-aanpak gevolgd, waarbij er geen vaste werkplekken zijn. Medewerkers kunnen hun werkplek actief kiezen op basis van de taak of het project, wat flexibele samenwerking mogelijk maakt. Deze werkwijze wordt ondersteund door moderne communicatie- en samenwerkingstools.<\/p>\n<p>TGW Logistics vertrouwt bij de planning, de bouw en de inrichting op regionale partners om de waardecreatie in Oostenrijk te bevorderen. Bovendien wordt de aansluiting op het openbaar vervoer gegarandeerd door een gratis pendeldienst voor medewerkers naar het station van Marchtrenk.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas Stelzer, gouverneur van Opper-Oostenrijk, benadrukt het belang van deze investering: &#8222;Deze investering is een sterk signaal voor de aantrekkelijkheid van Opper-Oostenrijk als werk-, economie- en innovatiestandplaats. We bieden bedrijven een omgeving waarin ze kunnen groeien en zich verder ontwikkelen \u2013 met gekwalificeerde medewerkers, moderne infrastructuur en een duidelijke focus op innovatie en prestaties.&#8220;<\/p>\n<h3>Langdurige stabiliteit door stichtingsmodel<\/h3>\n<p>Sebastian Wolf, Chief Financial Officer van TGW Logistics, benadrukt de langetermijnori\u00ebntatie van het bedrijf: &#8222;Duurzame investeringen in de langetermijnontwikkeling zijn een integraal onderdeel van onze DNA. Dit wordt mogelijk gemaakt door onze unieke opzet als stichting, die niet alleen stabiliteit en veiligheid biedt, maar ook langdurige ontwerpmogelijkheden.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>Twee derde van de winst blijft in het bedrijf en wordt ge\u00efnvesteerd in de 4.600 medewerkers, toekomstige innovaties en de infrastructuur. Een derde vloeit naar de eigenaar, de TGW Future Privatstiftung, die met minstens 30 procent daarvan maatschappelijke projecten van TGW Future Wings ondersteunt, gericht op de bevordering van kinderen
