Bij de bijeenkomst waren naast vertegenwoordigers van beide bedrijven ook Stephan Keck, de eerste burgemeester van Kirchheim, en andere leden van de gemeente aanwezig.<\/p>\n<h3>Nieuwe bedrijventerrein in Kirchheim<\/h3>\n<p>Het bouwproject strekt zich uit over een perceel van ongeveer 76.500 m\u00b2 aan de Feldkirchener Stra\u00dfe 15-17. Gepland is een bedrijfsgebouw met een verhuurbare oppervlakte van ongeveer 52.550 m\u00b2, dat is ontworpen voor verschillende gebruikers uit de sectoren bedrijfsleven, productie, light industrial en logistiek. De oplevering van het project wordt voor het tweede kwartaal van 2027 nagestreefd.<\/p>\n<p>Stephan Keck sprak positief over het project: \u201eMet de nieuwe bedrijfs- en productielocatie cre\u00ebren FOUR PARX en QUINCAP niet alleen extra ruimte voor bedrijven die willen uitbreiden of zich opnieuw willen positioneren in de economisch sterke regio M\u00fcnchen. Het project versterkt ook de economische ontwikkeling van onze gemeente.\u201c Hij benadrukte dat innovatie en duurzaamheid in dit project nauw met elkaar verbonden zijn en bedankte alle betrokkenen voor de samenwerking.<\/p>\n<h3>Flexibele gebruiksmogelijkheden en duurzaamheid<\/h3>\n<p>Het bedrijventerrein M\u00fcnchen-Kirchheim zal twee hallen omvatten, die zijn uitgerust met variabel combineerbare eenheden en een vrije hoogte van 12 m (UKB). Ge\u00efntegreerde kantoor- en serviceoppervlakken zullen zich over meerdere niveaus uitstrekken, wat een flexibele aanpassing aan verschillende bedrijfsvereisten mogelijk maakt. Het gebouw zal worden gerealiseerd volgens de huidige duurzaamheidsnormen, waarbij een certificering volgens DGNB Gold wordt nagestreefd.<\/p>\n<p>Een fotovolta\u00efsche installatie met een vermogen van ongeveer 4,8 MW zal bijdragen aan de energievoorziening van de locatie. Daarnaast zijn energie-effici\u00ebnte technische installaties, een warmtepompoplossing en intelligente verbruiksbeheersystemen voorzien. Een certificering volgens de WiredScore-norm moet bovendien zorgen voor een krachtige en toekomstbestendige connectiviteit.<\/p>\n<p>Oliver Schmitt, managing partner van FOUR PARX GmbH, benadrukte het belang van het project: \u201eMet de eerste schop in de grond hebben we een belangrijke stap gezet in de ontwikkeling van dit project. Kirchheim behoort tot de gewilde bedrijfslocaties in het oosten van M\u00fcnchen en we zijn blij dat we met het bedrijventerrein M\u00fcnchen-Kirchheim de locatiekwaliteit op lange termijn verder kunnen versterken.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Johannes Siekmann, managing partner van QUINCAP Investment Partners GmbH &amp; Co.
