Deze modellen moeten nieuwe normen stellen in het segment van zware elektrische bedrijfsvoertuigen.<\/p>\n<h3>Nieuwe modellen voor het langeafstandstransport<\/h3>\n<p>In de focus staat de nieuwe elektrische langeafstandsvrachtwagen, de Volvo FH Aero Electric, die is uitgerust met een actieradius van tot 700 km per lading. Deze actieradius wordt mogelijk gemaakt door een innovatieve aandrijftechniek, de zogenaamde E-as, die meer ruimte cre\u00ebert voor batterijcapaciteit. De vrachtwagen is bovendien ontworpen voor het Megawatt Charging System (MCS), wat een snelle oplading van de batterijen van 20 % naar 80 % in ongeveer 50 minuten mogelijk maakt. Deze laadtijden zijn zo ontworpen dat ze binnen de wettelijk voorgeschreven rusttijden voor vrachtwagenchauffeurs in de EU kunnen worden uitgevoerd, wat de productiviteit verhoogt.<\/p>\n<p>Roger Alm, president van Volvo Trucks, benadrukt: \u201eDeze elektrische langeafstandsvrachtwagen is de beste in zijn soort. Hij biedt niet alleen een uitstekende actieradius, maar ook een hoge laadcapaciteit, snel opladen en uitstekend rijcomfort.\u201d Hiermee moeten klanten in staat zijn om gedurende een volledige werkdag lange afstanden af te leggen en daarbij dezelfde productiviteit te bereiken als met dieselvrachtwagens.<\/p>\n<h3>Uitgebreide toepassingsmogelijkheden van de nieuwe modellen<\/h3>\n<p>Naast de FH Aero Electric presenteert Volvo Trucks de volgende generatie van de zware modellen Volvo FH, Volvo FM en Volvo FMX Electric. Deze modellen bereiken actieradiussen tot 470 km en bieden een nieuwe aandrijflijn die maximale flexibiliteit in verschillende toepassingsgebieden mogelijk maakt. De vrachtwagens zijn zo ontworpen dat ze met verschillende voertuigopbouwen zoals betonmixers of vuilnisopbouwen kunnen worden gebruikt, zonder dat extra aandrijfmotoren nodig zijn. Dit wordt mogelijk gemaakt door een nieuwe, onafhankelijke PTO (Power Take-Off) die ook tijdens het rijden kan worden gebruikt.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eDe volgende generatie van de Volvo FH-, Volvo FM- en Volvo FMX Electric-modellen beschikt over een scala aan moderne, intelligente functies. Ze bieden hoog rijcomfort en maken emissievrije transporten voor een verscheidenheid aan transporttaken mogelijk,\u201d legt Roger Alm uit.<\/p>\n<h3>Geoptimaliseerde aandrijftechniek voor betere rij-eigenschappen<\/h3>\n<p>Alle nieuwe vrachtwagens zijn uitgerust met een I-Shift-transmissie die is geoptimaliseerd voor elektrische aandrijving, die in combinatie met twee motoren een evenwichtige en gecontroleerde prestatie waarborgt. De nieuwe Powershift-transmissies bieden soepele schakelmomenten en dragen bij aan een aangenamere werkomgeving, omdat ze lagere geluids- en trillingsniveaus genereren.
