Volvo Trucks heeft zijn managementteam in Duitsland opnieuw gestructureerd om de verkooporganisatie effectiever te ondersteunen. Deze veranderingen betreffen centrale sleutelposities en vervangen de eerdere rol van Director Vehicle Sales door nieuw gecre\u00eberde functies.<\/p>\n

Markus Weckesser (voorkant, midden), die sinds 1 oktober 2025 als Managing Director en Vice President van Volvo Trucks in Duitsland werkzaam is, heeft al in het voorjaar van 2025 interim de leiding overgenomen. Hij benadrukt het belang van de herstructurering om de focus sterker op de behoeften van klanten en partners te richten. „De herstructurering is bovendien een belangrijke stap op weg naar het bereiken van de doelen tot 2030,“ legt Weckesser uit.<\/p>\n

Nieuwe opbouw van de verkooporganisatie<\/h3>\n

De afdeling „New Vehicle Sales“ wordt in drie nieuwe gebieden verdeeld: Sales Operations, Own Retail Sales en Private Dealer Sales. Deze verdeling moet een gerichter beheer en ondersteuning mogelijk maken voor zowel particuliere dealers als eigen verkooplocaties.<\/p>\n

Jochen Stuhr (achterste rij, helemaal links) wordt per 1 mei 2026 benoemd tot Director Private Dealer Sales. In deze functie zal hij de begeleiding en ondersteuning van de particuliere Volvo Trucks-dealers in Duitsland op zich nemen. Stuhr brengt uitgebreide ervaring mee vanuit verschillende posities bij Volvo Financial Services en Volvo Trucks.<\/p>\n

Peter Prijak (achter, 2e van links), die sinds 1 december 2025 als Director Own Retail Sales werkzaam is, leidt de eigen retailverkoop en is Managing Director van de Volvo Group Trucks Vertriebs GmbH. Hij bekleedt sinds 2010 verschillende verkoopfuncties bij Volvo Trucks en was laatst interim verantwoordelijk voor het gebied New Vehicle Sales.<\/p>\n

Manuel Mengelkoch (achter, 2e van rechts) heeft ook sinds 1 december 2025 de rol van Director Sales Operations overgenomen. Hij is verantwoordelijk voor de gebieden product, homologatie, prijsstelling, logistiek, e-mobiliteit, key account, commerci\u00eble excellentie en gebruikte trucks. Mengelkoch maakt sinds 2022 deel uit van het managementteam.<\/p>\n

Per 1 januari 2026 heeft Dr. Ann-Christine Hamisch (voorkant, 2e van rechts) als Director People & Culture het team versterkt. Na haar juridische opleiding was ze in verschillende posities bij de Stadtwerke M\u00fcnchen werkzaam, onder andere in de personeelsstrategie en wervingsprocessen.<\/p>\n

Oliver Borgmann (voorkant, helemaal rechts) heeft al per 1 december 2025 de positie van Director Own Retail Service overgenomen en is verantwoordelijk voor de eigen werkplaatslocaties van Volvo Trucks in Duitsland. Hij brengt jarenlange ervaring in de werkplaatssector mee.<\/p>\n

De overige posities in het managementteam blijven ongewijzigd. Dit omvat Anne Els\u00e4\u00dfer (voorkant, helemaal links) als Director Marketing & Communication, Gertjan Laan (voorkant, 2e van links) als CFO en Susanne Unbehend-Fuhrmann (voorkant, 2e van rechts) als assistent van de directie, evenals Kai G\u00f6pfert (achter, 3e van links) als Director Service Market & Retail Development en Gregor Frieb (achter, helemaal rechts) voor Business Development & Public Affairs.<\/p>\n
