Deze beslissing valt samen met het 15-jarig bestaan van het bedrijf, dat zich heeft gespecialiseerd in softwareoplossingen voor transportmanagement in de lucht- en zeevrachtsector, evenals douaneafhandeling.<\/p>\n<p>Met deze strategische maatregel is Riege van plan zijn positie op de Europese markt voor logistieke technologie te versterken en de aanwezigheid in de Benelux-regio uit te breiden. Door het verhogen van het aandeel wil het bedrijf de operationele effici\u00ebntie verbeteren, de grensoverschrijdende samenwerking intensiveren en innovaties voor zijn wereldwijde klantenbasis bevorderen.<\/p>\n<p>De Nederlandse dochteronderneming heeft zich sinds de oprichting ontwikkeld tot een succesvol bedrijf. Henk Boorsma, medeoprichter en voormalig directeur, reflecteert op de ontwikkeling: \u201eWat 15 jaar geleden als een gezamenlijk project begon, heeft de verwachtingen ver overtroffen. Vandaag de dag bedienen we meer dan 250 klanten met duizenden gebruikers \u2013 van kleine tot grote expediteurs die zowel zeevracht als luchtvracht en douaneafhandeling dekken.\u201c<\/p>\n<h3>Verandering van leiding en continu\u00efteit<\/h3>\n<p>Om de continu\u00efteit tijdens de overgang te waarborgen, zullen Boorsma en zijn medeoprichter Martin Bos het bedrijf in de overgangsperiode ondersteunen en daarna met hun ervaring beschikbaar blijven.<\/p>\n<p>In het kader van deze veranderingen is Matanja van der Wart, die eerder als Operations Manager werkzaam was, benoemd tot directeur voor de Benelux-regio. Ze zal zich richten op de uitbreiding van de activiteiten in de regio, het versterken van de klantrelaties en de uitvoering van de strategische plannen van het bedrijf. \u201eWe hebben hier in de Benelux-regio een sterke basis, en ik kijk ernaar uit om samen met ons team en onze klanten daarop voort te bouwen \u2013 en samen met de Duitse moedermaatschappij\u201c, zegt ze.<\/p>\n<p>Christian Riege, CEO van Riege Software, benadrukt het belang van van der Wart voor de organisatie: \u201eMatanja heeft een sleutelrol gespeeld in ons succes in Nederland\u201c, zegt hij en voegt eraan toe: \u201eSamen met ons ervaren lokale team zal ze onze Benelux-organisatie naar de volgende fase leiden.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Riege Software International BV heeft zich gevestigd als een betrouwbare partner voor expediteurs, logistieke dienstverleners en douane-experts in de regio.
