De duisport-groep heeft een nieuwe bedrijfssector op het gebied van kraantechniek opgericht. De nieuw opgerichte duisport crane service GmbH (dcs) zal als 100%-dochteronderneming van Duisburger Hafen AG zowel interne als externe diensten aanbieden. Het doel van deze herori\u00ebntatie is om centrale competenties op het gebied van kraantechniek te bundelen en een marktgericht aanbod te cre\u00ebren.<\/p>\n

Met de oprichting van de dcs wordt een team van ongeveer 25 medewerkers opgebouwd, dat in de toekomst zowel voor de eigen bedrijfssectoren als voor externe klanten uit de industrie, de haven- en logistieksector zal werken. Lars Nennhaus, bestuurslid voor techniek en operatie bij duisport, benadrukt het belang van het uitstekende team van kraantechnici voor de prestaties en concurrentiekracht van het bedrijf. „We professionaliseren deze dienst en openen deze voor de markt. Dit is een verdere stap richting een full-service aanbieder van haven- en logistieke oplossingen,“ legt Nennhaus uit.<\/p>\n

Integratie van bestaande structuren<\/h3>\n

In het kader van de herori\u00ebntatie is de voormalige dochteronderneming POLO KNOW-HOW Industrie-Engineering GmbH omgedoopt tot duisport crane service GmbH. Daarnaast worden per 1 maart 2026 twee andere eenheden op het gebied van kraantechniek in de dcs ge\u00efntegreerd: de afdeling terminal-kraantechniek van duisport logistics & port services GmbH en de kraantechniekoperatie van A. Ick GmbH uit Oberhausen. Deze integratie moet de diensten op het gebied van kraantechniek onder \u00e9\u00e9n dak bundelen en de expertise op het gebied van lastechniek uitbreiden.<\/p>\n

De nieuwe onderneming wordt geleid door Timo Gryzan en Andreas Ick, terwijl R\u00fcdiger Tornow, die eerder directeur van POLO KNOW-HOW was, procuratie krijgt. Alle drie de leidinggevenden brengen jarenlange ervaring mee op het gebied van kraantechniek, digitalisering en operationele processen en zullen de nieuwe bedrijfssector strategisch verder ontwikkelen.<\/p>\n

Met de oprichting van de duisport crane service GmbH streeft de duisport-groep ernaar een centraal platform te cre\u00ebren voor haar kraantechniek-diensten, dat zowel onderhoud en modernisering als digitalisering en besturingstechniek omvat.<\/p>\n
