Deze nieuwe versie brengt de ingebruikname van ATLAS-CCI (Centralised Clearance for Import) met zich mee, die een centrale douaneafhandeling voor invoerprocedures mogelijk maakt. Bedrijven kunnen nu alle invoeraangiften centraal indienen bij de douanekantoor in het district van het bedrijf, ongeacht in welke lidstaat de goederen uit derde landen de EU binnenkomen.<\/p>\n<h3>Voordelen voor bedrijven met complexe toeleveringsketens<\/h3>\n<p>De introductie van ATLAS-CCI is bijzonder relevant voor bedrijven die grensoverschrijdend binnen de EU actief zijn en complexe toeleveringsketens beheren. Door de centrale afhandeling moeten administratieve processen worden vereenvoudigd en de effici\u00ebntie worden verhoogd. Het gebruik van deze nieuwe functie is gebonden aan een certificering, waarvoor bedrijven zich nu kunnen voorbereiden. De douane en het ITZBund ondersteunen de overstap in het kader van een kwaliteitsgewaarborgd invoeringsproces.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Armin Rolfink, president van de Algemene Douanedirectie, benadrukt: \u201eAls partner van het bedrijfsleven waarborgt de douane met ATLAS al jaren de digitale goederenafhandeling 24 uur per dag. Met deze release worden de invoerprocessen verder vereenvoudigd in lijn met het Europese strategieplan voor de elektronische douane en worden bedrijven gericht ontlast.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Alfred Kranstedt, directeur van het ITZBund, voegt toe: \u201eDankzij jarenlange expertise en in nauwe samenwerking met onze klant is het ons gelukt om juridische vereisten tijdig en soepel te implementeren. Ook in de toekomst zal ATLAS met de hoogste betrouwbaarheid worden beheerd en verder ontwikkeld.\u201c<\/p>\n<h3>Deel van de EU-douanereform<\/h3>\n<p>De Centrale Douaneafhandeling is een onderdeel van de EU-douanereform en van het meerjarige strategieplan voor de elektronische douane (MASP-C). Deze maatregelen zijn gericht op het bevorderen van de harmonisatie en digitalisering van de Europese douaneprocessen. Met de geleidelijke implementatie in de betrokken EU-lidstaten wordt het systeem continu uitgebreid en biedt het bedrijven steeds meer mogelijkheden voor Europese toepassing.<\/p>\n<p>Het IT-proces ATLAS maakt een grotendeels geautomatiseerde afhandeling en monitoring van de grensoverschrijdende goederenstroom mogelijk. Het staat de elektronische verwerking van aangiften voor het verplaatsen van goederen en hun overbrenging naar verschillende douaneprocedures toe.
