Terwijl autonome mobiele robots, shuttle-systemen en klassieke industri\u00eble robotica al lang tot de standaard in moderne magazijnen en distributiecentra behoren, staan humano\u00efde systemen nog aan het begin van hun ontwikkeling. Tegelijkertijd genereren ze een aandacht die ver boven hun huidige rijpheidsgraad uitstijgt.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"671\" data-end=\"1336\">Een recent rapport van het marktonderzoeksbedrijf STIQ schetst hierover een gedifferentieerd beeld. De dynamiek op de markt is onmiskenbaar: alleen al in 2025 stroomde wereldwijd bijna vijf miljard dollar in humano\u00efde robotica, en sinds 2015 zijn de investeringen opgelopen tot meer dan tien miljard dollar. Tegelijkertijd is het aantal aanbieders gestegen naar ongeveer 150 tot 200 bedrijven. Ondanks deze indrukwekkende ontwikkeling toont zich een opmerkelijke tegenstrijdigheid: de markt lijkt vandaag de dag al sterk gefragmenteerd en gedeeltelijk verzadigd, hoewel een echte commerci\u00eble doorbraak tot nu toe is uitgebleven.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1338\" data-end=\"1797\">Bijzonder actief zijn Aziatische aanbieders, die een groot deel van de investeringen op zich verenigen en de concurrentie aanzienlijk vormgeven. Tegelijkertijd leidt de lage toetredingsdrempel \u2013 bevorderd door beschikbare componenten en open softwarebenaderingen \u2013 ertoe dat steeds meer bedrijven humano\u00efde oplossingen ontwikkelen of ten minste aankondigen. Dit versterkt de indruk van een markt die zich sneller differentieert dan dat deze zich daadwerkelijk vestigt.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1338\" data-end=\"1797\">Light-Industrial-Humano\u00efden voor de intralogistiek<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1799\" data-end=\"2306\">Voor de intralogistiek is vooral een segment van bijzonder belang: zogenaamde Light-Industrial-Humano\u00efden. Deze systemen moeten in de toekomst taken overnemen die vandaag de dag nog sterk door menselijke arbeid worden gekenmerkt \u2013 zoals orderpicking, materiaalhandling of het lossen van containers. Hiermee richten humano\u00efde robots zich precies op die processen die, in het licht van het tekort aan vaktechnisch personeel en de toenemende eisen aan flexibiliteit, steeds meer onder druk komen te staan.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2308\" data-end=\"2803\">De aantrekkelijkheid van de intralogistiek als toepassingsgebied ligt voor de hand. Gestandaardiseerde processen, gestructureerde omgevingen en een hoge automatiseringsdruk cre\u00ebren in principe goede voorwaarden voor de inzet van nieuwe technologie\u00ebn. Tegelijkertijd is de concurrentie hier bijzonder intens. Bewezen oplossingen zoals transporttechniek, klassieke industri\u00eble robots of autonome voertuigen zijn technologisch volwassen, economisch geoptimaliseerd en in veel gevallen al op grote schaal in gebruik.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2805\" data-end=\"3438\">Juist hier ligt de centrale uitdaging voor humano\u00efde systemen. Hun grootste belofte is tegelijkertijd hun grootste obstakel: de mogelijkheid om als een mens in bestaande processen te worden ge\u00efntegreerd, zonder dat infrastructuur of processen fundamenteel moeten worden aangepast. In theorie opent dit een enorm potentieel voor flexibele automatisering. In de praktijk bevinden de meeste toepassingen zich echter nog in de experimentele fase. Veel projecten zijn opgezet als pilotproeven of demonstratoren en worden gedreven door innovatiedepartementen, minder door operationele eenheden.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3440\" data-end=\"3850\">Daarnaast zijn veel humano\u00efde systemen momenteel nog afhankelijk van teleoperatie of kunnen slechts beperkt autonoom opereren. De economische voordelen zijn daardoor moeilijk te kwantificeren. Bedrijven staan voor de vraag of ze in een technologie moeten investeren waarvan het rendement op investering in vergelijking met bestaande oplossingen nog onduidelijk is.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3852\" data-end=\"4287\">Een andere centrale remfactor is het onderwerp veiligheid. Humano\u00efde robots moeten in de directe nabijheid van mensen werken en zich in complexe, vaak onvoorspelbare omgevingen bewegen. Bijbehorende veiligheidsnormen zijn echter nog in ontwikkeling. Juist in de intralogistiek, waar mens en machine nauw samenwerken, is dit een cruciaal aspect dat een snelle marktpenetratie momenteel remt.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4289\" data-end=\"4945\">Achtergrond hiervan zal de <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">LogiMAT 2026<\/span><\/span> een spannende momentopname bieden. Eerste concrete toepassingen en demonstratoren worden getoond die verder gaan dan louter conceptstudies. Tegelijkertijd zal blijken of humano\u00efde robotica de stap van het innovatiedepartement naar de operationele dagelijkse praktijk maakt of voorlopig een onderwerp voor pilotprojecten blijft. De focus zal waarschijnlijk meer liggen op concrete use cases, bijvoorbeeld in de magazijnlogistiek of bij eenvoudige handlingprocessen, terwijl de combinatie met kunstmatige intelligentie \u2013 vaak aangeduid als \u00abPhysical AI\u00bb \u2013 verder aan belang wint.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"4289\" data-end=\"4945\">Voorlopig slechts aanvulling<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"4947\" data-end=\"5366\">Op lange termijn zouden humano\u00efde robots hun sterke punten kunnen benutten waar klassieke automatisering aan grenzen stuit: bij complexe, variabele en weinig gestandaardiseerde taken. Korte termijn echter spreekt veel ervoor dat ze de intralogistiek niet zullen revolutioneren, maar geleidelijk zullen aanvullen.
