Dit innovatieve tasjes sorteersysteem viert zijn wereldpremi\u00e8re in een klantproject en onderscheidt zich van traditionele oplossingen door het gebruik van autonome mobiele robots in plaats van sleeplijnen. De technologie moet nieuwe normen stellen op het gebied van effici\u00ebntie, betrouwbaarheid en schaalbaarheid.<\/p>\n<p>De Servus Handels- und Verlags-Gesellschaft m.b.H., die onder het merk Personalshop opereert, is een internationaal actieve handelaar in merkkleding en accessoires. Het bedrijf verkoopt zijn producten via online winkels, catalogi en fysieke winkels en heeft meer dan 400 medewerkers. Naast Oostenrijk is Personalshop ook actief in Duitsland en Zwitserland. In 2024 behaalde de omnichannel-specialist een omzet van 275 miljoen euro en bediende meer dan twee miljoen klanten.<\/p>\n<h3>Uitbreiding van het Fulfillment Center<\/h3>\n<p>TGW Logistics had in 2018 al een hooggeautomatiseerd Fulfillment Center voor Personalshop in Polling gerealiseerd. Vanwege de sterke groei heeft de verzendhandelaar nu gekozen voor een uitbreiding, om zowel online klanten als winkels snel en betrouwbaar te kunnen blijven bedienen. De eisen omvatten een optimale prestatie in de orderverwerking met een volume dat 70 procent hoger is bij de hoogste betrouwbaarheid en een lage initi\u00eble investering. In het aanbestedingsproces overtuigde het SmartPocket-systeem door zijn technologische concept, evenals door economische haalbaarheid en korte realisatietijden.<\/p>\n<h3>Technische details en voordelen<\/h3>\n<p>Het SmartPocket-systeem opereert in een 2,5 kilometer lang spoor netwerk, waarin geen bewegende delen zijn ingebouwd. Deze constructie vermindert de onderhoudskosten aanzienlijk en minimaliseert de energiebehoefte. De zakken van het systeem worden automatisch geopend en ergonomisch gepresenteerd, waarbij elke zak precies \u00e9\u00e9n artikel ontvangt. Een ge\u00efntegreerde camera herkent automatisch of de zak is geladen, waardoor een aparte scanprocedure overbodig wordt. De levering omvat ook laad- en losstations, transporttechniek en kartonoprichters en -sluiters.
