Schaeffler, een bedrijf met meer dan 75 jaar ervaring in de auto- en machinebouwindustrie, biedt in zijn tak Vehicle Lifetime Solutions op maat gemaakte reparatie- en serviceoplossingen aan.<\/p>\n<p>De uitvoering van het project vindt plaats in nauwe samenwerking met de bedrijven RO-BER, SWAN en DS AUTOMOTION, die allemaal tot de SSI Sch\u00e4fer Groep behoren. Dit partnerschap is gebaseerd op een langdurige samenwerking die al heeft geleid tot de realisatie van een van de modernste distributiecentra van Europa in Kitzingen.<\/p>\n<h3>Technologische integratie voor geoptimaliseerde processen<\/h3>\n<p>Het distributiecentrum in Katowice wordt uitgerust met een verscheidenheid aan technologie\u00ebn, waaronder Autonome Mobiele Robots (AMR), Vrije Transport Systemen (AGV&#8217;s) en moderne transportsystemen. Deze technologie\u00ebn moeten een soepele materiaalstroom waarborgen, wat bijzonder uitdagend is, aangezien de installatie plaatsvindt in een gebouw met een hoogte van slechts 12 meter. SSI Sch\u00e4fer heeft een oplossing ontwikkeld die de beschikbare ruimte optimaal benut en een uitbreiding met extra AMR- of AGV-eenheden mogelijk maakt.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. J\u00f6rg Zellerhoff, Warehouse Engineering Logistics Techn. bij de Schaeffler Groep, benadrukt het belang van de combinatie van effici\u00ebntie en flexibiliteit: \u201eVoor ons was het cruciaal om de hoogste effici\u00ebntie te combineren met de grootste flexibiliteit. Het nieuwe distributiecentrum stelt ons in staat om bijzonder snel te reageren op veranderende markteisen.\u201c<\/p>\n<h3>Geautomatiseerde systemen voor effici\u00ebnte opslag<\/h3>\n<p>Het hart van het nieuwe centrum is een automatisch kleinonderdelenmagazijn met meer dan 120.000 opslagplaatsen. Hier komen 55 RackBots en 116 RunBots in actie. De RackBots zijn verantwoordelijk voor het autonome in- en uitladen van containers, terwijl de RunBots de verbinding met de containertransportsystemen tot stand brengen. Een intelligente robotcel in het destacking-gebied automatiseert het ontstacken van kleine ladingsdragers (KLT&#8217;s) en bereidt lege pallets voor op verder transport. Deze robottechnologie moet de medewerkers ontlasten van fysiek belastende taken.<\/p>\n<p>De vrij transport systemen, geleverd door DS AUTOMOTION, spelen een centrale rol in de logistiek van het nieuwe centrum. Ze zijn flexibel inzetbaar en kunnen worden aangepast aan verschillende toepassingen om een naadloze integratie in de magazijnorganisatie te waarborgen.<\/p>\n<h3>Intelligente software voor optimale sturing<\/h3>\n<p>Voor de sturing van het geautomatiseerde goederenmagazijn vertrouwt Schaeffler op SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). De implementatie vindt plaats in nauwe samenwerking tussen de expertteams van Schaeffler en SWAN GmbH. Terwijl Schaeffler de specifieke businesslogica in het Warehouse Management Systeem ontwikkelt, zorgt SWAN voor de intelligente materiaalstroomsturing. Een centraal informatieplatform, het WAMAS Control Center, bewaakt de gehele installatie, co\u00f6rdineert materiaalstromen en levert belangrijke cijfers voor optimalisatie.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Zellerhoff
