In het kader van dit project zijn er drie nieuwe gangpaden toegevoegd, die de opslagcapaciteit en prestaties van het bedrijf aanzienlijk verhogen. De uitbreiding omvat 20.016 nieuwe palletplaatsen en werd in december 2025 afgerond, nadat de werkzaamheden in augustus 2024 waren begonnen.<\/p>\n<p>De keuze voor Kardex Mlog werd volgens Jakub Mie\u017cy\u0144ski, projectverantwoordelijke bij Aflofarm, gemaakt op basis van de positieve beoordeling van het aanbod in vergelijking met andere ingediende voorstellen. Mie\u017cy\u0144ski benadrukt dat de concurrerende prijs, de uitgebreide ervaring van het bedrijf met soortgelijke projecten en de hoge vaktechnische competentie van het team doorslaggevend waren. Een ander voordeel was de mogelijkheid om het project door Poolse ingenieurs en projectmanagers te laten uitvoeren, wat zorgde voor een effici\u00ebnte realisatie en controle over de voortgang van het project.<\/p>\n<h3>Effici\u00ebnte communicatie en uitvoering<\/h3>\n<p>De keuze voor de Poolse taal als projecttaal droeg bij aan de verbetering van de communicatie tussen de betrokkenen en versnelde de uitvoering van het project. Mie\u017cy\u0144ski benadrukt dat duidelijke en effici\u00ebnte communicatie van groot belang is bij complexe investeringen.<\/p>\n<p>De nieuwe gangpaden zijn bedoeld voor de opslag van eindproducten, terwijl het bestaande gebied als grondstoffenmagazijn wordt gebruikt. Door de uitbreiding kan Aflofarm een extern magazijn vermijden en ruimte besparen in een hal op het bedrijfsterrein, die in de toekomst voor de orderverzameling zal worden gebruikt.<\/p>\n<p>Het centrale element van de investering zijn drie magazijnbedieningssystemen van het type Kardex MSingleB-1300\/36-ZT, die een hoogte van 36 m bereiken. Deze apparaten maken een effici\u00ebnte ruimtebenutting en een dubbele diepte in- en uitlagers mogelijk met een draagvermogen van tot 1.300 kg. De besturing gebeurt via een moderne PLC van het type Siemens S7, terwijl de automatische transporttechniek met 79 aandrijvingen zorgt voor een naadloze aansluiting op het bestaande magazijn. Kardex Mlog heeft bovendien een interface geprogrammeerd voor de bestaande materiaalstroomcontroller om de materiaalstroombesturing te optimaliseren. De inbedrijfstelling van de nieuwe installatie gebeurt zonder onderbreking van de lopende activiteiten bij Aflofarm.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kardex.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"
