Thomas Wylie is benoemd tot president van Global Strategic Projects bij deugro. De benoeming ging in op 1 februari 2026. Wylies promotie weerspiegelt zijn toewijding en uitgebreide expertise, die hij zowel in zijn team als in de hele organisatie heeft aangetoond.<\/p>\n

Wylie begon zijn carri\u00e8re bij deugro in januari 2023 als hoofd van Global Strategic Projects en Accounts in Dubai. Hij heeft een Master of Business Administration en een bachelor in werktuigbouwkunde en productie-techniek. Met meer dan 13 jaar werkervaring in projectlogistiek en zwaartransport heeft hij zowel op operationeel als op managementniveau gewerkt voor bedrijven zoals ALE Heavylift en Mammoet.<\/p>\n

Focus op complexe projecten<\/h3>\n

In zijn nieuwe rol benadrukt Wylie het belang van zorgvuldige voorbereiding en het beheer van interfaces om te voldoen aan de eisen van complexe projecten. \u201cHet succes hangt af van hoe goed we engineering en planning in de praktische uitvoering omzetten \u2013 met de juiste partners vanaf het begin,\u201d verklaarde Wylie.<\/p>\n

Hij benadrukt dat leiderschap op dit niveau niet alleen bestaat uit het geven van richting, maar ook uit het ondersteunen van de teams en het bevorderen van samenwerking. \u201cHet is cruciaal dat de juiste expertise op het juiste moment en op de juiste plaats wordt ingebracht. Deze verantwoordelijkheid op managementniveau houden, zorgt ervoor dat we voorlopen op de markteisen en ons samen met onze klanten verder ontwikkelen,\u201d voegde Wylie eraan toe.<\/p>\n

De benoeming van Thomas Wylie vindt plaats in een context waarin deugro zich richt op het aannemen van complexe projecten en zich aanpast aan de toenemende technische eisen van zijn klanten.<\/p>\n
