Het bedrijf meldt een omzetstijging van ongeveer tien procent en heeft zijn marktpositie als full-service dienstverlener voor verhuizingen, industri\u00eble montage en objectverhuizingen verder verstevigd. Algemeen directeur Marcello Danieli benadrukt dat, ondanks de gespannen orderportefeuille en langere gunningsprocessen, de focus ligt op een duurzame strategische positionering.<\/p>\n<h3>Investeringen ter versterking van de middelen<\/h3>\n<p>HARDER logistics plant een investeringsvolume van 18 miljoen euro om de eigen middelen op een centrale locatie te versterken. Een belangrijke stap was de ingebruikname van het nieuwe hoofdkantoor in Neu-Ulm, dat eind 2025 afgerond moet zijn. Al in 2022 werd een volledig geautomatiseerde containeropslaghal gebouwd, die een veilige opslag van hoogwaardige producten mogelijk maakt. Bovendien wordt de vloot continu uitgebreid om de afhankelijkheid van derden te verminderen en projecten in eigen beheer uit te voeren.<\/p>\n<p>Op het gebied van bedrijfsverhuizingen registreert het bedrijf een stabiele verdeling van ongeveer 70 procent internationale en 30 procent nationale projecten. Vooral de verhuizing van productie-installaties naar het buitenland heeft bijgedragen aan een hoog ordervolume. De auto-industrie toont zich als een sterke speler in dit segment, terwijl de belangrijkste bestemmingslanden voor verhuizingen India, Mexico, Roemeni\u00eb en Bulgarije zijn.<\/p>\n<h3>Internationaliseringsstrategie en nieuwe bedrijfsgebieden<\/h3>\n<p>HARDER logistics volgt een internationaliseringsstrategie die het bedrijf in staat stelt om verhuizingsprojecten uit te voeren waarbij Duitsland noch vertrek- noch aankomstlocatie is. Danieli benadrukt dat het sterke partnernetwerk GIRNetwork bijdraagt aan deelname aan grote internationale projecten en het waarborgen van hoge kwaliteitsnormen. Ook het gebied &#8222;de- en remontage van onroerend goed&#8220; heeft zich positief ontwikkeld en draagt bij aan de ordergeneratie.<\/p>\n<p>De internationale de- en remontage van nieuwe machines vertoont eveneens een positieve ontwikkeling. Danieli beschrijft dit segment als groeiend, omdat het een hoog niveau van specialistische kennis vereist. Op het gebied van opslag heeft HARDER logistics zijn marktpositie kunnen uitbreiden. De nieuw gecre\u00eberde logistieke ruimtes in het hoofdkantoor zijn al voor 75 procent bezet, en de volledig geautomatiseerde containeropslaghal is zeer gewild.<\/p>\n<p>Daarnaast zijn de capaciteiten op het gebied van documentbeheer uitgebreid. In nieuw gecre\u00eberde, beveiligde gebieden is de rekkeninstallatie met een derde vergroot, wat de opname van 14 lopende kilometers documenten mogelijk maakt.<\/p>\n<h3>Vooruitzicht voor 2026<\/h3>\n<p>De orderboeken voor 2026 zijn goed gevuld, en Danieli is optimistisch dat de orderprognose tot begin 2027 reikt. Vooral aanvragen voor ziekenhuis- en kliniekverhuizingen nemen toe.
