Met de S.BO MULTI breidt Schmitz Cargobull zijn aanbod in het segment van de droge vracht uit. De nieuw ontwikkelde oplegger is ontworpen voor een verscheidenheid aan transporttaken en is geschikt voor verschillende ladingen, waaronder gepalletiseerde goederen, stukgoed, hangende kleding, voertuigonderdelen en volumineuze of losse goederen. De S.BO MULTI wordt vooral gebruikt in logistieke centra, productiebedrijven en industri\u00eble toepassingen, waar vaak wisselende eisen aan lading en ladingbeveiliging bestaan.<\/p>\n

Innovatief dubbeldeksysteem voor hogere benutting<\/h3>\n

Een centraal kenmerk van de S.BO MULTI is het ge\u00efntegreerde dubbeldeksysteem, dat door sleufplaten een flexibele en nauwkeurige ladingbeveiliging mogelijk maakt. De aluminium dubbeldeksrails zijn 2.050 mm lang en hebben een afstand van 1.200 mm, wat het transport van tot 33 extra Europallets mogelijk maakt. De sleufplaten ondersteunen verschillende beveiligingssystemen zoals blokkeringen, kledingstangen, spanbanden of netten, waardoor een hoge flexibiliteit bij de ladingbeveiliging wordt gegarandeerd.<\/p>\n

De zijwanden van de oplegger zijn gemaakt van een stabiele staalconstructie met twee schalen en versterkte kolommen. Een type kolom ondersteunt de dubbeldeksrails, terwijl de andere verantwoordelijk is voor de montage van de verzinkte sleufplaten, die extra beveiligingspunten cre\u00ebren. De verzinking verhoogt de corrosiebestendigheid en vermindert de slijtage en de behoefte aan reparaties. Bovendien zijn de sleuven versterkt met een bolling om ook bij intensief gebruik een hoge belastbaarheid te waarborgen.<\/p>\n

Modulaire opbouw en certificering<\/h3>\n

De S.BO MULTI maakt deel uit van het modulaire droge vracht systeem van Schmitz Cargobull en maakt gebruik van beproefde componenten uit de S.BO EXPRESS. Dit omvat een frontwand van aluminiumplanken, een ge\u00efsoleerd dak en doorlopende staalverbindingprofielen die alle opbouwcomponenten met elkaar verbinden. Voor de achterkant zijn er aluminium deuren of optioneel een aluminium rolluik beschikbaar. De opbouw kan worden aangevuld met verschillende opties zoals dubbeldeksrails type B of aluminium stootlijsten.<\/p>\n

De opbouw van de S.BO MULTI is gecertificeerd volgens DIN EN 12642 Code XL, wat een laadvermogen van tot 27.000 kg mogelijk maakt. Het chassis is modulair, geschroefd en verzinkt, ontworpen voor standaard transportvereisten. Voor veeleisendere toepassingen is optioneel het Heavy-Duty chassis X-THOUGH beschikbaar. Bovendien is het TrailerConnect\u00ae telematicasysteem standaard ge\u00efntegreerd om een transparante weergave van de trailerdata te waarborgen.<\/p>\n

Economische en duurzame service<\/h3>\n

De S.BO MULTI is ook in de service gericht op economische effici\u00ebntie. Reparaties kunnen met gangbare gereedschappen en lijm- en klinktechnieken worden uitgevoerd, wat bijdraagt aan korte stilstandtijden en lage onderhoudskosten. Bovendien wordt door het gebruik van lijm- en vouwtechnieken in plaats van traditionele lastechniek de energiebehoefte in de productie verminderd, wat bijdraagt aan de verlaging van de CO\u2082-uitstoot.<\/p>\n

Al met al biedt de S.BO MULTI een flexibele en duurzame oplossing voor veeleisende droge vrachttoepassingen die voldoen aan de eisen van moderne logistiek.<\/p>\n
