De aankoop werd off-market gerealiseerd door de Bremer projectontwikkelaar Peper &amp; S\u00f6hne. De juridische begeleiding van de transactie werd verzorgd door het kantoor REIUS, terwijl Forvis Mazars verantwoordelijk was voor de fiscale aspecten. Technische ondersteuning kwam van Mocuntia, en de ESG Due Diligence werd uitgevoerd door Enviro Sustain.<\/p>\n<h3>Details over het logistiek vastgoed<\/h3>\n<p>Het vastgoed heeft een totale verhuurbare oppervlakte van ongeveer 11.400 m\u00b2, waarvan ongeveer 9.000 m\u00b2 bestaat uit de hal. De toegang tot het gebouw is flexibel via in totaal 83 laaddocks, een gelijkvloerse deur en 16 sectionaaldeuren die geschikt zijn voor bestelwagens. Het object, dat in 2024 wordt opgeleverd, voldoet aan moderne bouwnormen en is uitgerust met een zonnepaneleninstallatie op het dak. De bijgebouwen, waaronder een kantoor- en een portiersgebouw en een technische uitbreiding, hebben groendaken. Bovendien is het vastgoed voorzien van gebouwautomatisering en heeft het het DGNB Gold-certificaat ontvangen. Voor e-mobiliteit zijn er oplaadmogelijkheden voor bestelwagens, personenauto&#8217;s, vrachtwagens en fietsen.<\/p>\n<h3>Langdurige huurovereenkomsten en werkgelegenheid<\/h3>\n<p>De pakketdienstverlener Hermes Germany GmbH heeft de overslaghal langdurig gehuurd en gebruikt deze als regionaal depot. Door de vestiging van Hermes zijn er 90 nieuwe arbeidsplaatsen gecre\u00eberd. Het vastgoed is technisch zo uitgerust dat het onder volle belasting dagelijks meer dan 200.000 zendingen kan verwerken. Hiervoor heeft Hermes een sorteersysteem ge\u00efnstalleerd. De vergunning voor een 24\/7-operatie maakt een effici\u00ebnte afhandeling van de pakketoverslag mogelijk.<\/p>\n<p>De locatie in Thiendorf, die deel uitmaakt van de regio &#8222;Silicon Saxony&#8220;, biedt een gunstige verbinding via de A13 richting Berlijn en de A4 als oost-west-as. Dit maakt het een strategisch knooppunt voor de doelmarkten Oost-Duitsland en Oost-Europa.
