Om te voldoen aan de toenemende eisen in de detailhandel en e-commerce, heeft het bedrijf in samenwerking met SSI Sch\u00e4fer een nieuw logistiek centrum in Kozom\u00edn nabij Praag in planning. Dit project is gericht op het verhogen van de effici\u00ebntie van de magazijnprocessen en het optimaliseren van de orderverwerking.<\/p>\n<h3>Nieuw logistiek centrum voor toenemende vraag<\/h3>\n<p>De beslissing voor een nieuw, gedeeltelijk geautomatiseerd magazijn is genomen gezien de voortdurende groei in de e-commerce sector en de daarmee samenhangende toenemende vraag. Tom\u00e1\u0161 Pimpara, Head of Logistics bij ROSSMANN Tsjechi\u00eb, benadrukt de noodzaak van een systeem dat het brede assortiment effici\u00ebnt kan beheren. \u201cWe groeien snel en willen de nieuwe logistieke oplossing zo snel mogelijk implementeren,\u201d legt Pimpara uit. De ervaringen uit Hongarije, waar al met succes een vergelijkbare oplossing is ge\u00efmplementeerd, versterken de partners in hun voornemen.<\/p>\n<p>Het logistiek centrum wordt ontworpen als een omnichannel-oplossing om zowel de Tsjechische filialen als de klanten van de online winkel te bedienen. SSI Sch\u00e4fer zal in dit project als hoofdaannemer optreden en brengt daarbij zijn lokale aanwezigheid in Tsjechi\u00eb in om de strakke planning na te komen.<\/p>\n<h3>Technologische integratie voor effici\u00ebnte processen<\/h3>\n<p>Het geplande magazijn in Kozom\u00edn zal verschillende technologie\u00ebn combineren om een flexibele en betrouwbare orderverwerking te waarborgen. Centraal staat een drie verdiepingen tellende picktower, die is uitgerust met legbord- en doorloopsystemen. De artikelen worden gepickt bij Pick by Light-stations, wat korte afstanden en een intu\u00eftieve gebruikerservaring mogelijk maakt. Na het picken worden de filialen-orders via transporttechniek naar het verzendgebied vervoerd. E-commerce-orders worden op ergonomische werkstations opnieuw verpakt, voordat ze ook naar de verzending worden gebracht.<\/p>\n<p>Markus Malli, Sales Healthcare &amp; Cosmetics bij SSI Sch\u00e4fer, benadrukt dat de gedeeltelijk geautomatiseerde oplossing ROSSMANN zal helpen om de klanttevredenheid zowel in de online winkel als in de filialen te waarborgen.<\/p>\n<p>De installatie van de logistieke oplossing is gepland voor januari 2026, met een go-live in oktober 2026. Beide partners zijn optimistisch dat het ervaren projectteam en het bewezen logistieke concept de succesvolle uitvoering van het project en de toekomstige groei van ROSSMANN in Tsjechi\u00eb zullen
