De overname is het resultaat van de in eigen beheer uitgevoerde saneringsprocedure.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Hamburg\/Metzingen) Met NEURA Robotics, een dynamisch groeiend hightechbedrijf uit Metzingen op het gebied van cognitieve robotica, krijgt ek robotics een partner die de koers zet voor de verdere ontwikkeling van intelligente, autonome logistieke oplossingen en nieuwe kansen voor klanten, partners en medewerkers opent.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eMet NEURA Robotics winnen we een partner die onze business aanvult met innovatiekracht en ons nieuwe, spannende perspectieven biedt. Voor onze medewerkers, klanten en leveranciers is dit een duidelijk signaal: ek robotics blijft een sterke speler in de intralogistiek\u201c, legt Andreas Lindemann, directeur van ek robotics, uit.<\/p>\n<h5>Europa en Duitsland willen vooraan meespelen<\/h5>\n<p>Ook NEURA Robotics benadrukt het belang van de samenwerking: \u201eDe overname van ek robotics is veel meer dan een aankoop: het is een doorbraak naar een nieuwe dimensie van mobiele robotica. Samen zullen we bestaande sterktes verbinden met onze productportefeuilles, innovaties sneller op de markt brengen en een wereldwijd aanbod cre\u00ebren dat normen stelt. We willen de producten van ek robotics niet alleen voortzetten, maar met nieuwe energie en nieuwe idee\u00ebn weer tot de wereldwijde benchmark maken. Dit is een winst voor de klanten, voor onze partners en voor alle medewerkers. Het is tegelijkertijd een sterk signaal dat Duitsland en Europa de ambitie hebben om in deze grootste toekomstmarkt vooraan mee te spelen.\u201c, zegt David Reger, CEO van NEURA Robotics GmbH.<\/p>\n<p>De overname is het resultaat van de in eigen beheer uitgevoerde saneringsprocedure, waarin de afgelopen weken intensief aan een haalbare oplossing is gewerkt.<\/p>\n<p>In het kader van de transactie zal de onderneming voortaan onder de naam Neura Mobile Robotics GmbH opereren. Het gevestigde merk ek robotics blijft daarbij als zelfstandige brand behouden en zal ook in de markt aanwezig blijven. De operationele verantwoordelijkheid ligt ook in de toekomst bij Andreas Lindemann, die het bedrijf in zijn functie als directeur de toekomst in leidt. De bedrijfsvoering van ek robotics gaat onverminderd door. Alle bestaande klant- en leveranciersrelaties worden voortgezet, alle serviceverlening is blijvend gewaarborgd.
