De Port of Hamburg Beteiligungsgesellschaft SE, die in totaal ongeveer 90,4 procent van het aandelenkapitaal van de Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG (HHLA) bezit, heeft een tegenvoorstel ingediend voor agendapunt 2 van de op 3 juli 2025 bijeengeroepen algemene vergadering van HHLA.<\/strong><\/h5>\n

(Hamburg) Volgens de hoofdaandeelhouder moet in plaats van de door de raad van bestuur en de raad van toezicht voorgestelde uitkering van een dividend van 0,16 euro per A-aandeel een bedrag van 0,10 euro per A-aandeel worden uitgekeerd.<\/p>\n

Volgens de toelichting bij het tegenvoorstel moet hiermee het eigen vermogen van de onderneming worden versterkt en de liquiditeit worden verhoogd. Hierdoor moet de mogelijkheid worden verbeterd om in de toekomst investeringen nog beter te financieren.<\/p>\n

De raad van bestuur en de raad van toezicht van HHLA zullen zich op korte termijn hierover afstemmen en indien nodig een verklaring over het voorstel op de website (www.hhla.de\/hauptversammlung) publiceren.<\/p>\n

Voorstel zal waarschijnlijk worden aangenomen<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Gezien de meerderheidsbelang van de Port of Hamburg Beteiligungsgesellschaft SE (PoH) kan echter, ongeacht de positie van de raad van bestuur en de raad van toezicht, worden aangenomen dat het tegenvoorstel van PoH in de algemene vergadering de vereiste meerderheid zal behalen en daarmee een verlaagd dividend zal worden uitgekeerd.<\/p>\n
