Het doel van het project is de ontwikkeling van een flexibele, modulaire laadunit voor hoogbeschikbare standaard containerwagens in het spoorweggoederenvervoer. Deze moet het laadvolume en de hoge laadcapaciteiten van klassieke spoorwagens combineren met de voordelen van modulaire ladingdragers in het spoorvervoer.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Dortmund\/Ascheberg) Een centraal aspect is de maximale benutting van het spoorprofiel, terwijl de wagen en de opbouw van elkaar worden gescheiden. De constructie maakt een eenvoudige ontkoppeling van de wagen en het opbouwmodule mogelijk voor wijziging van eisen, onderhoud en reparatiedoeleinden en streeft naar de mogelijkheid voor het gebruik in enkelwagenverkeer. Tegelijkertijd wordt er gewerkt aan de ontwikkeling van een vereenvoudigde goedkeuringsprocedure.<\/p>\n<p>Het projectconsortium bestaat uit Wecon GmbH als co\u00f6rdinator en hoofdverantwoordelijke voor de ontwikkeling en bouw van de prototypes, het Fraunhofer IML voor de wetenschappelijke begeleiding en het goedkeuringsconcept, en Captrain Deutschland GmbH als geassocieerde partner voor praktijkproeven. Met een geplande looptijd van 30 maanden en gefinancierd door het federale programma Toekomst Spoorweggoederenvervoer, moeten er twee geteste prototypes van de FlexRailUnit, een testschema voor de vereenvoudigde spoorgoedkeuring en wetenschappelijke publicaties ontstaan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>De FlexRailUnit biedt diverse voordelen voor verschillende actoren in de toeleveringsketen:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Verladers profiteren van het gebruik van kortere laadsporen en de mogelijkheid om hogere tonnages op bestaande infrastructuur te vervoeren.<\/li>\n<li>Wagenverhuurders kunnen de bezettingsgraad van hun draagwagens verhogen en zo concurrentievoordelen en extra omzet genereren.<\/li>\n<li>Industriebedrijven met spoorverbinding winnen aan flexibiliteit door aanpasbare transportmodules.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>De modulaire scheiding van draagwagens en ladingdragers, evenals een versnelde goedkeuringsprocedure, maken bovendien aanzienlijk kortere innovatietijdcycli mogelijk - een echte vooruitgang voor de ontwikkeling van gespecialiseerde logistieke oplossingen.<\/p>\n<h5>Presentatie van het project op de transport logistic<\/h5>\n<p>In vergelijking met klassieke spoorwagens biedt de FlexRailUnit meer flexibiliteit met gelijktijdige mogelijkheid voor het gebruik in enkelwagenverkeer - een beslissende impuls voor het enkelwagenverkeer en de beoogde verschuiving van verkeer naar het klimaatvriendelijke spoor.
